I am heavily pregnant, was hungry as heck, but I got a meat lovers calzone from royal pizza hys and that was the best calzone I've ever had! Will definitely be back!

I always order pizza from here for our office lunch parties. We usually order 8 pizzas at a time and I’ve never once had an issue. They do a great job :)

Food came out very quickly and tasted amazing. Awesome service from our server Crysta, very kind and accommodating to specific requests. Couldn't reccomend a better Royal Pizza location with better service. HIGHLY reccomend, will go back soon!

Ordered a pizza was told 1hr30mins delivery. Called after 1hr45mins to find out where my pizza was; told another 10minutes. The Girl that took the order and my second call is beyond rude and told me that I’d just have to wait finally received the cold pizza 3hrs later and was still expected to pay full price! I called and the girl told me what did you expect we are busy and I was being rude by Continuous calling and I was lying about my pizza arriving cold and hung up on me several times!

Forgot dip tried to charge me.

They told me 1 hour or 1 hour and 15 minutes. They took two hours to deliver the pizza. I phoned at the 1:15 hr Mark. I was told by them 10 minutes, the driver the driver didn't show up for another 30+. The pizza was ice cold and hard as a rock and the driver just shrugged like he didn't care. I still paid for the pizza because I was hungry.

This is NOT what I expect from RP. The other locations are all superior. I will never order from this location again.

The pizza takes a long time to, about 20 minutes but it is worth it! Lots of toppings, thick crust and delicious!

So far its not looking good. I ordered a pizza to be delivered for 5:30. I got a call at 5:40 ish that it will be another 10 mins. We'll its still not here. Not happy. First time ordering from this pizza place for delivery. It may be the last.
I finally got my pizza at 6:11. I explicitly asked to not cut it. Guess what? And its ice cold. First time ordering from here! Last time ordering from here!

And it wasn't the females fault who answered the phone.

On October 6 /25 we ordered 2 Donair combos with fries and gravy
First the driver was apparently at the back door yet My ring camera showed nothing then we received a phone call apparently wrong number on there file yet the woman who called had the correct number explanation was driver at house couldn't deliver so if he is going back an additional $5 dollar fee.
So driver sent out food cold asked for tiziki sauce no sweet sauce the donair is literally filled with sweet sauce on both orders and the gravy looked like mortar huge gelatinous globs.
None of the food was edible tossed in garbage this place will be reported to the board of health and the better business bureau. Do not order from them Bad food. Pictures taken of food and driver along with license plate number.

Order a large pizza and it looked like a medium sized pizza, the temperature was cold! I also ordered a donair meal AND the gravy was watery like literal water, there was like no donair meat at all but had an overload of cheese which very very cold!
My first time ordering from this location, would not recommend as I waited over 2 hours for delivery. We ended up throwing out the food.

I have been ordering Royal Pizza (delivery) from the Hys location for many years now, and OMG this location never disappoints. The salad is always so fresh & crispy, the pizza's are always still hot, right out of the oven (be careful) and very delicious with lots of toppings and just the right amount of oozing cheeze. The delivery lady (I'm sorry I forgot her name) she is always so lovely and friendly. Thank you for being amazing. :) FYI: I never pay attention to people that have the time to leave a long , lengthy, ignorant and mean review, I make my own judgment. Hope when you read my "POSITIVE" review, you will do the same.

My daughter and I came in for a fast lunch during a visit to the hospital. The place was clean, service was impeccable, and the food was DELICIOUS. Highly recommend.

The gluten free pizza was hands down the best pizza I’ve had in 15 years. Generous toppings and crispy crust. It was perfect!!!!
