So tonight I ordered a MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN PIZZA, which is almost all I ever order. Tonight we received a pizza that didn’t have a piece of chicken, feta or tomato sauce, all it had on it was caramelized onions and mushrooms. We called and were told that there is clearly pieces of chicken on it! which really isn’t the point as it clearly wasn’t a Mediterranean Chicken Pizza. They offered nothing …. So I guess I will have to find a new place to order my pizzas, kinda disappointing as I order regular from 3 different locations …. very disappointedHow dare I complain and I didn’t just accept what was delivered.

The prices are insane. $22.50 for one medium? Insane. Quality of toppings and taste for that price do not make it worth.Edit: ...sorry I feel that way? ? Sorry your brand is flopping. Take accountability and take this feedback constructively. How about that?

Worse Donair I have ever had. Cheese wasn't melted, cold and barely any meat. Mostly veggies.Barely any fries which weren't salted. Gravy was basically water. For around $18 I was expecting much betterPizza is usually good but it was soggy and I asked for extra sauce and barely got any.All that plus a 2 hour wait time and they didn't have half of their pop selection. It was a disappointing experienceComplete rip off of $100 and complete waste of our time.Also won't get the cheese bread. Got it last time and wasn't good.

Ordered a French poutine and a boss has gone mad Large pizza. Bill came to $43.00+ dollars after tip.I typically really enjoy Royal pizza and have never had any issues at the Strathcona location, sadly I was forced to order from this one as I needed delivery, I thought it would be similar standards across loctations. This however was terrible.The french poutine arrived and the fries were not only burnt and extremely old, but tasted foul. I called the restaurant to inform them and asked to speak to a manger, First I was told the manager was busy. So I brought up my complaint to the server.The server then started to defend the poutine and say its because of delivery, the fries get a little soggy in transportation. I've ordered this pretty regularly though not from this location.The fries have never been this foul. I let the server know that I that's obviously not what happened here, the order was also half full in the container. (Typically royal pizza fills to the brim).I asked instead to speak to the manager and that I would wait and then was informed that no manager was around. Which is pretty frustrating to hear since first I was told they were busy.What obviously happened is someone took a lazy way out and rather then make real or fresh fries severed old stale fries because they didn't want to make new ones (They even looked re-heated, which typically means they were cooked got cold then deep fried again which usually gives a really bad taste).really disappointing and super frustrating to be told one thing about the manager then told a completely different thing.They offered a credit for $10.00 dollars but at this point this restaurant is not worth visiting. Please go to another royal pizza and not this one. I will not be returning.
