I honestly don’t want to give them bad reviews but i think i had enough, all the staff are so rude specially the skinny girl with the short hair she keeps tolling her eyes whenever we buzzed for help or assistance, also they are very strict with the playground knowing that parents love to go there not just for food buy because of the playground as well. Food is very expensive, i got mine a samgy for less than 30 i guess when they serve it i only got 5 thin slices of pork and they didn’t give us a side dishes and when we ask foe side dishes they get mad and said (i don’t know what you’re saying) but it’s not my first time eating there and i know that samgy also serves with side dishes and the staff that i talked too is not new, she’s the skinny girl that is rude!

Extremely disappointed in the change RPS implemented. This was a fantastic place to bring my daughter to play - very affordable, well maintained indoor playground. Food was not great, and it took a long time to come out of the kitchen.

I don’t understand why they decided to shift to being a restaurant first, and indoor playground second. If you want to have Korean food, this is not a location I would suggest at all.

If you are looking for an indoor playground to bring your kids, I strongly urge you to consider any other option. I will not be returning to RPS anytime soon.

Total fluke to come here, was going to go to the cafe next door, but saw this place, I could eat.

After we got in, we realized this is like Go bananas, kids playground, staff was surprised to see us too, she was like no children? 🤣 I think kids get to play for free if you order food…

Food was good enough, we might ordered the wrong thing, deep fried chicken. Korean BBQ was on the menu, but says sold out?

Was kind confused because we waited a bit and there’s no one serving us, then we realized this thing on the table, you had to place order yourself including water/tea.

Easy parking, not bad if you don’t mind kids running and playing, good place to have loud and heated discussion

A hidden gem for parents in west Edmonton!!! An indoor park that isn’t too busy, where the whole family can enjoy very good food and the kids can play from the view of the tables.

My kids loved it here and the food was pretty good. I hope they keep it running as both the playground and restaurant because it was so nice to be able to eat good food AND have my kids entertained.

EDIT: I came back here because my kids had so much fun. I met a friend so it was the two of us and 4 kids. We ordered $85 worth of food and within 15 minutes we were asked to tell the kids to play more quietly. It’s a restaurant with an indoor playground…the kids were just playing, not being obnoxious. No one is coming there on a date night. We were the ONLY people in the place and it really rubbed me the wrong way. I had made a social media post talking about how great the place was which received over 135,000 views, and I have since removed it.

Both times I’ve been there the only customers were people with small children. Doesn’t seem like great business to scold them. If you want to get away from the play place aspect then I suggest you fully commit to that plan. I won’t be back.

Use to take my kids here all the time before the new managers took over and made it a restaurant with a playground instead of an actual play place for kids. After spending $150 on food with another Mom friend, we were approached by the owner, who then went around to the other two tables who also had children playing on play structures and we’re told to tell our kids to keep it quiet while playing on the PLAYGROUND. Literally, no one complained about the children playing other than the owner. Service was not good. There is no English on the menu so you have no idea what you are about to order. No kids menu either. Also, at the end of my meal I gave cash to pay and no one brought me any change back at all just assumed it was a big tip for them. I will never come back to this place again. Over the last year, this place has totally become ridiculous to say the least.

The included indoor playground area with your food order is a great factor as it does not require additional fee to avail. The atmosphere is so-so for me, not sure if they are still in transition but the dining area is dark and not that inviting. The food is decent but I feel the prices are a bit expensive for the quality of food, see our order screenshot below, yet I think it offsets for the
free indoor playground especially if you have more than one kid. If you want to eat decent Korean food and not worry about your young kids, this would be an okay spot.

Has changed since last time I was there about 8 months ago. It used to be an indoor playground with a small kitchen with menu. Was a great atmosphere and affordable back in the day. Now, you’re not allowed to go with your child into the playground, the food is very sub par for the price and make sure your young toddlers are silent while playing in the playground as we got a warning that our 3 yr old girls were too loud (we were the only people in the facility at this time). All the coin operated games are unplugged and sitting as decoration throughout which is hard to explain to a couple 3 year olds, would recommend other indoor playgrounds in the area as this is more routed as a restaurant now.

Tried making an appointment for a bday, they said they’ll call us back but never did. Won’t pick up calls either

The winning cards are a scam if you bring your child back with the card they won't honor it! Prices are a bit expensive for most dishes but does taste good for the most part nothing special!

DONT CAME HERE.
Wow this place has gone down hill. They want you to buy there food so the kids can play.

Funny thing is it's a child play place and there no kids food what so ever.
I asked for the manager who's apparently busy and we've the only one here.
