Saffron Indian Cuisine West Edmonton

We went with a group of friends and really enjoyed saffron.
We had butter chicken, chicken korma, shrimp curry, coconut rice, and naan. It was all delicious.
Service was excellent and I felt it was pretty reasonably priced.
I would definitely go back.

Don't even waste your time. Super dissapointed and was highly recommended by a friend to try this out. Had ordered via Uber Eats. Then they completely cancelled my order. Definitely Not going here or trying this out at all. No response or reply from them. Just completely cancelled and charged my card. What a joke.

The food here was delicious, I ordered the chicken vindaloo and paratha. It was so flavourful and spicy, exactly what I was looking for! The service was great, waitress was super friendly and helpful! Was sad to see it wasn’t busier!

I would say that this is a hidden gem, but I think the secret might already be out; I'll still chime in and add that the food here is some of the best we've ever had.

The garlic butter naan is mind blowing, so fluffy and soft and flavourful. The paneer had the perfect texture and the curry was incredible.

The atmosphere is warm and cozy, with friendly and inviting staff.

A new favourite, for sure.

I recently dined at saffron west edmonton location and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service.This restaurant has such a cozy and charming atmosphere! Considering the fresh ingredients and flavorful dishes, you really get more than what you pay for. The service is top-notch! The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience.I can’t recommend enough for a fantastic dining experience.

Overall this place is good. The service is fantastic, it's a big open space. However food can be improved. There is a lack of flavor that stands out in comparison to other Indian restaurants around the city! Overall, the food is about a 3.5/5. There is room for improvement in terms of quality and taste. I will be back to try again!

Visited it for the first time and really loved it.
Even my friends and family from BC loved it . Service was all good and the food was delicious.

Do try their malai kofta it has a different taste and the richness of curry was awesome.
