Kind and nice service

This is a wonderful family-run restaurant. The food tastes truly homemade, without any of the commercial fillers you often find.

Thank you again for the excellent service.

Friendly staff, great food and a quiet place to grab some lunch on a Thursday

Very limited gluten free and MSG-Free has to be special requested. Got the shrimp vermicelli because it's all they had gluten free and only the one sauce was also msg free. It was ok 6/10 flavor but limited options really was the issue. Plenty of parking and service is very friendly.

More on MSG: MSG is an excitotoxin and not good for the brain, but it makes the food more flavorful and addicting, which is why nearly every Vietnamese, Chinese and pho place uses MSG (I've been through dozens upon dozens) use it. I'm a nutritional counselor and went to college for nutrition, so I know what I'm talking about.

Ordered the meat ball brisket pho, the broth had little to no flavour at all. I was disappointed. The pork spring rolls were really good tho!

A nice quiet place. Chicken noodle seafood soup was poor. Squid was tire rubber and soup was bland.

The beef satay soup is fantastic. A middle ground style, not too thick, not too thin

I have not found a better vermicelli rice bowl on the north side. Nice light meal. Takeout is real fast, and eating in is always nice and calm. I come for a rice bowl and pot of tea by myself when I can.

Had hot and sour soup for lunch. Veggies fresh, tasted good. I prefer a chunky tofu in the soup, this one did not have that. Service typical of a small Asian restaurant.

Soups okay but fried squid is really not good. Tastes like frozen squid with no flavour.

Ordered beef soup with beef balls. My soup came with one beef Ball cut in half. I have never experienced something like this before from any restaurant. The food is good and the service is excellent. However, how can I justify ordering take out and not get any value. I would have preferred to pay more for the soup and have what one would expect to be in it. I really don’t think this is a good approach. Cutting food costs to increase profits? One should consider return customers. If all I wanted was noodles and beef broth, I could’ve gone to Sobeys and bought a can of Campbell’s pho broth and a bag of rice noodles. We have been your customer since the first day you opened. Hoping you go back to the way you did things before.
