Not the best Vietnamese food in Edmonton, but still rather tasty. I've had both the Pho and the Deluxe Vermicelli and would recommend both.Great service and easy to park out front. I'll be back.

I tried Saigon Hut's deluxe vermicelli bowl (with chicken and beef - it comes with a spring roll and sausage already). We also got the Alaskan roll to share. The bowl's vermicelli, accompanying fish sauce, and veggie mix is considered standard to other Vietnamese restaurants. The chicken was tender and not overly charred but the beef was dry. The mean overall tasted over-salted for my liking. The Alaskan roll can be a nice snack but it was scant on the salmon that I...

Food was so delicious at a great price. The restaurant is a little small so be prepared to wait but the line is quick. Would recommend the vermicelli bowl and pressed crab sushi cake!
