Lunch... Delicious bento boxes. Nice bowl of miso soup with a bean sprout salad to start. Crispy tempura batter with a tasty dipping sauce; Tasty lettuce salad but a tad too much of the tangy dressing for my tastebuds; Yummy tofu pieces; Fresh rice; Delicious sashimi, fresh and the pieces were sizeable. The battered chicken pieces were also delectable. Clean environment. Great service. Reasonable prices.

I order the crab & roe salad with takoyaki. The salad was one small portion and 4 balls of takoyaki, but it was delicious. Nice atmosphere and calm music in the background. Super clean restaurant.

A small little yummy getaway in a strip mall that can be easily overlooked, but shouldn't be. I shouldn't be too praiseworthy cuz I might not get a seat again but this is our go-to place for delicious Japanese fare. The service is friendly and efficient and the atmosphere is simple and quiet. Nothing fancy, but just right. I think this is the best green tea I've ever tasted and I would come here even if that were the only good thing they offered, but they have a wide variety of delicious food and you never have to wait too too long for it. I highly recommend this restaurant but please don't go when my family and I are heading out. We want to be seated right away. Thank you.😉

They don’t close at 9pm. Show up at 8:15 while there’re nobody there, they turned us around. Did not even offer take out option. They should change their hours of operation.
Loved this place! Food is delicious, sushi is big size! Soup so good. Atmosphere is calm and cozy. Workers are kind and careful. Loved everything in there. Thank you!

It is best sushi in Edmonton!!!! 5 years with SAKANA! We tried a few locations with others sushi and we were disappointed. We always come back here! Justin - the owner and his team always friendly and nice! Highly recommend Sakana sushi!!!!
