Amazing experience everytime from beginning to end,you have very welcoming inviting friendly counter staff and it almost outshines but can't outdue your amazing food,the quality and quantity is over the top ,you're generous with the portions and ingredients and the pride exudes in presentation, ive tried calzones poutine and your most amazing donair in my life. I Loved it. I've originally been to the morinville location many times & decided to try edmontons location thr e virulent was extremely welcoming with a greeting & welcoming we got donair , calzone , onion rings , pizza & milkshake. All delicious most definitely makes my top 5 in the city for dinner

Food is great. Service is okay. On at least two phone-in orders, we were told there is a 25minute which is fine. We show up 30 min later to pick up the food and it is not ready, was told there is another 7 minute wait. We waited an additonal 20 minutes. It seems like they dont start making your order until you arrive and pay for it!

Sals famous is the best place in Edmonton! Their burgers are out of this world- the bacon is real and thicc. I always like to frequent this place as it takes care of any craving having such a variety of food options! Am a little upset they changed the pasta special getting rid of the super yummy bread they used to make like a pizza and replacing it with a slice of toast :(

We are visiting from out of town and stopped in here for lunch. The food was delicious (we shared a calzone and the crust was so perfect you could pick it up and eat it like a sandwich). The owner was there and she was so kind and friendly (I should have asked if her name was actually Sal!). We also tried some fries with sweet sauce while we waited for our calzone and they were so perfectly crispy that we will have a hard time deciding what to order next time we visit.
They are in the middle of some updates but that didn’t stop the food from being fantastic and there were lots of takeout orders being picked up. I’d highly recommend the food here!

Incredible calzones! My only complaint is that the takeout boxes are very leaky. We've ordered calzones to go three times now, and every single time, so much liquid pours out of the boxes that are sitting in my lap that my clothes are soaked by the time I get home. Some sort of box liner would be really appreciated!
