Second cup usually has a decent matcha for fast food options… I did not receive what I asked for. Nasty sugar water is what I got. Disgusting!!! This isn’t the first time. It has gone down hill bad….. and I tried to call in to let them know, but guess what, their phone number is out of service…

We ordered 4 drinks via Skip this morning, 1 Caramel Coretto and 3 White Hot Chocolate. All arrived as Caramel Coretto. Skip grants the refund, so we reorder the White Hot Chocolate. They also arrive as Caramel Coretto’s. We try to call the number on the receipt - not in service. We try to call the number on Google - not in service. Incompetence.

The place wasn't very clean , the bathroom was disgusting. The toilet seat was broken no paper towel. Tolit paper holder was on the floor. The other bathroom was out of order and has been that way from last time I was there.2 months ago. Also my friend and I found the coffee was not as good as other times

This location started hiring Indian foreigners and now the wait for a a medium hot chocolate takes 15 minutes in a non busy environment. It's quicker to get a oil change for your vehicle than to get your drink at this second cup. Unless you have 20 minutes to waste to wait in line then this is place for you.

All three times I have come to this place in the last year, their debit machine was always down. I don't carry cash on me. To always have their machines down is Highly suspicious!

I am really really getting tired of paying $6-9 dollars for s coffee for it to not be filled up to the top. I should have checked before driving away. Tried to call the location but phone number is not in service. Come on guys, this is unacceptable for an expensive coffee and should be at least filled up.

I use to go here all the time. For over a decade. I lived across the street for 10 years. It WAS clean, welcoming and a great place to get a coffee. Stopped by last week. It's dirty, gross and un kept. And that's putting it nicely. We asked for peppermint tea. They had none. Or any other for that matter. We wanted a decaffeinated tea. The person offered us cafffinated green tea! Or wild berry. What kind of coffee shop doesn't have tea. We reluctantly ordered a coffee. Big mistake. While we were trying to enjoy our drinks an employee came through the front door with a grocery cart!! Full of milk. Didn't use the back door. It's so ghetto. I wish i could give negative 5 stars. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
