This is a great, quirky location and the drive through is short & sweet. Watch for folks crossing in front of your vehicle when in drive through. Good cookies, yummy vanilla bean latte

I no longer visit capilano location as quality of lattes is not what it used to be. I mentioned this to the cashier on my last visit there. She argued that nothing has changed and wouldn’t hear what I had to say. Since then I have gone to the sherwood park location as well as the one on 34 avenue and have consistently received the lattes that I fell in love with. It’s a shame that I now have to drive out of my way as the Capilano location is nowhere near as good as it once was!

Really nice little coffee shop. Clean and well maintained, with friendly staff and tasty drinks. I love sitting in here chatting with friends. There is an assortment of seating options, small groups of armchairs with small tables, dining room chairs at a table, etc. would recommend.

Paid 365 for one PC brand ginger peach tea. I spoke clear and loud and I still had to repeat myself twice. They handed me scolding hot tea without a sleeve. I asked for a sleeve and she walked away from me. I will not be returning to this location again. Does not seem like a diverse location either.

Was so excited for frozen hot chocolates, we got 2 a medium and a small and a medium vanilla bean frap on Friday.. The lady handed to them to us and they weren't frozen at all they were like chocolate milk with 1 chunk of ice. There was no whip cream. The frap was disgusting had no hint of vanilla tasted like black coffee but it was at least frozen! We sat by the drive thru window for 3 minutes and she never came baxk so we could complain and tell her the drinks were horrible. We were in a hurry to get to my son's hockey game so we couldn't stick around and wait. Highly disappointed as we rarely treat our self to second cup

I really enjoy it here, the staff is always amazing to me, the drinks are delicious, and it’s is always clean and tidy! Definitely recommend. Also, I think the music is always at the perfect loudness for the background. 😊

It’s called second cup because you have to come in for a second cup (because of how bad they make your first cup). Wow, the matcha was truly terrible. I understand if it was too sweet, but explain to me why I was drinking chunks? I go back in for a different drink and my god, the attitude of these people is beyond me. Next time, if you want to talk poorly about a customer asking for a remake of a drink that YOU messed up, maybe wait for them to leave the cafe. Extremely unprofessional and terribly rude. I’m talking to you, woman with the short hair. I will never ever come back here. I literally don’t know why anyone goes here.

The gentleman working yesterday was very friendly and helpful. I tried the spinach and cheese pretzel and it was very good. The place has lots of comfortable seating.
