I was there today around 10:30am together with my mom , we ordered 2 large drinks and hot food. But the cashier was very very rude and very arrogant. Not approachable at all and even lil smile from her face nothing.. very rude " her name "SOPHIA" please take an action about this . We spend 30$ thats a big amount for the drinks.i dont care about the money, i was care about the service so bad!! We are not deserved that service! Not at all.. please take an action.

i ordered a ham and cheese croissant and i received a chocolate croissant, then i let them know they got my order wrong, after they proceeded to hand me a bitten ham and cheese croissant from the person they mixed my order with. Workers are rude.

when i enter the cafe the lady accommodate me right away. she helped me with my mobile apps. also she is so friendly. i’ll definitely gonna comeback here. At the barista was so nice. Coffee is so good.
WOW WHAT A B! Barista super rude. Didn’t ask for my friends points card. Gave me attitude when I asked what kind of dairy subs they had. My latte was cold. It’s an arena, make it hot? I complained on the app and got a free beverage out of it. But I’ll stop somewhere else on my way to watch hubby play hockey. Two thumbs down. The energy was soul sucking.

Very rude and unwelcoming staff!!! They are not friendly and do not seem happy being there. Also one lady gave me the bread butts of the banana bread on purpose (reached into the middle of the row of banana bread slices and intentionally gave me the bread butt)!! ?

Every time I come to this location I have to hold off on writing a review based on the unfriendly and unprofessional customer service. I bought a drink & bakery item yesterday and noticed that I didn't receive points even though I scanned my points card. The barista seemed to be annoyed and in a rush during the entire transaction where she couldn't even bother to ask for the points card in the first place. Disappointing, will never return to this location again.

We made a second order after a couple of hours swimming. The order This time was we forgot to register points as we’re busy settling down the kids. It’d be a nice gesture for the operator (Lhanie) to check if we have card.
