Came in to get a coffee and sit down and I did not get the same Second Cup atmosphere that I am used to. The place had a strange odour, the staff are not very friendly, and the place should be swept a bit more often. When I made my order, the staff did not smile once and when I observed how they interacted with other customers, it was the same thing. They would keep a poker face the entire time and behave like robots. Second cup tends to have employees that are generally very energetic and upbeat, but here I did not get those same vibes at all. On another note, though, the coffee tasted as it should and I do not have an complaints regarding their food or coffee.

Friendly staff, service is great, I've never had my order completed incorrectly here. The service is pretty quick, even in drive-thru! They have many vegan options for drinks/ways to make drinks vegan, and the staff tend to be very helpful with that. I only wish they had any vegan food options! My go-to is their matcha latte with oat milk. Idk what it is, but nobody can do better than Second Cup when it comes to matcha lattes.

I love this Second Cup location! The staff are always friendly and the service is excellent! When I have dogs with me, I use the drive through and the pups get a milk bone!!! This is the only Second Cup location so far that I know of, that gives milk bones to dogs!!!

Maybe I’m disagreeing with most reviews for this place but I had a really weird not to say bad experience. I was not greeted upon entering, it felt like the attendant was doing me a favor. I was not called in when my order was ready and when I said thank you I got no response back, not even an acknowledgment that I was there saying something.
The iced latte and the iced caramel coretto don’t look nothing like the past drinks from Second cup that I have tried.
I’m disappointed because I drove outside of my normal route to try this place and left with a general feeling of disappointment.
I won’t be back.

I needed a dark oily Expresso bean. I thought I new what I was doing, but I bought the wrong bean. I had not opened the bag, I called the shop and the counter clerk immediately helped me and supplied me with Expresso Forte. I really enjoy that coffee and was very pleased with the help I received. BTW happy people hang out there! I had a enjoyable conversation while making my pickup.
Never had a bad coffee ☕ at a second cup. Nor a bad experience.

I usually just grab a mocha to go either inside or through the drive-through. When I stay for a sit down, I love this location and the well-lit café. Awesome, efficient staff make my visits a highlight of my day. The people at this location (23 Ave) could show the folks at the 34 Ave location a thing or two about customer service. Went there once and will never go back. Results may vary, as always...✌

I called this second cup this am because a package i ordered from temu was accidentally delivered to that location. The woman who answered the phone kept saying maybe it had been delivered to her neighbor and could i call her back in 5 minutes. I agreed. Now when i try to call, my call gets dropped. It is against the law to tamper with someone elses mail. I also have a photo from uni uni of the package sitting in front of your second cup restaurant. Return my package . Thank you
