Terrible service, the lady taking order is impatient and not polite at all, I order a cup of coffee with a butter croissant and the croissant is old and chewy like it's days old. I asked for napkins since it's out on the stand and she ask me to turn it around and some should be there, I did and still empty. Then she finally walks over and refill and hand me couple napkins with her wet hands so I got wet napkins. It's gross. The atmosphere is ok but the service is just the worst. The tables were not cleaned at all. I will suggest to go elsewhere if you could.

Horrible... ordered my drink through the drive through, after paying and receiving the drink noy only was it wrong, the drink i reviceved was not even good (very watered down taste) and I waved to get the staffs attention they literally looked at me amd walked away. I waited a bit more to ensure they knew and they just looked away. Im unimpressed and this is not the first time service at this location has been far below bare minimum.

I understand it can be busy but please dont serve customers their bakery items in the plastic still sealed. Take them out and place them in the second cup parchment bags. It’s a bad look and turned me off from ordering those items again. In my imagination you bake them every morning, although I know it’s not true dont make it obvious. Staff are very friendly and my drinks are always great.

I really like Second Cup, especially the Campfire Mocca Frappé. It has been my go to cold drink this summer. Its so good. Prices are pretty decent and so is the food. The location is good as its near the shopping center and amenities.

My food was cold There's breakfast sandwich I had; The cheese was cold, the bacon was cold, the egg was cold. Only the bagel was warm. And he heated it up, which did little to nothing Also, they used the same blender for everything without washing it. My drink took somewhat 10 minutes, more or less.
