They only had 2 types of coffee on. The floor was dirty. The refrigerated cases where not working. Didn't have ingredients to make my wife a cold drink. The bathrooms where disgusting as well and they had run out of toilet paper. Last visit for us.

This location serves 2 week old muffins and other food to customers because they are too cheap to keep things fresh. It's gross.

Barista made horrible tasting cappuccino and flat white drinks. Save your money and get anything else

Ordered a small iced vanilla bean latte. Guy taking order doesn’t look like he knows how to even make coffee. Comes back with a hot drink. I said I ordered an iced he said you didn’t say that. I’m like yes I did. He said okay took the drink to make a new one. Literally think he dumped the hot drink or clearly can’t make coffee into a new cup. Rude telling me I didn’t say that when I know I did. Like this is milk. Never come to this location and never will.

One of the worst coffees I've ever bought. Very diluted and I'm so mad because it's not cheap. I rarely post reviews - mostly when it's really good and almost never when it's really bad. This coffee is bad enough to review.

Hours on their windows says they closd 7 pm but Google says 6 pm.

Went in with my son for a coffee and snack while I waited for an hour to pick up family from her appointment. Barista was very nice, coffee was good, snack was tasty but dry but the atmosphere was hurting. Seriously turn up your heat! We were freezing!! I felt bad for the poor soul working there. When he wasn't busy he had his hands up against a heater.
Very unwelcoming.

We came in to order one of their advertised specialty beverages , and were informed they did not have the stuff to make it. My wife ordered a Chai and was informed they didn't have any. I tried to order a hot chocolate with whole milk and was informed they had no whole milk. This is the second visit to this location. The first time they couldn't make our order because the milk was not 'thawed'.

In my 50+ years on this planet, I have never had such a horrible experience as have here. We went to Starbucks instead where all our expectations were exceeded. I'm surprised this location is even open, and even the one star review is one star too many.

They dont have what you pay for, and they are always missing items asking you to change the recipe. I paid for a smoothie and ended up getting reimbursed because they only had 1 of the 4 smoothies, and the leftover one was too sweet. They should remove what they dont have from the app so the mobile orders can be chosen and made without having to modify in store.. disappointed with second cup Mayfield
