Excellent experience at Second Cup Cafe in Mayfield Common. The new staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. They made my visit enjoyable with their excellent service and attention to detail. The coffee was superb, and the atmosphere was inviting. Highly recommend this spot for your caffeine fix!

absolutely awful took 15 min for the most simple drinks. once i was almost done my vanilla frappe i found a small shard of glass in my drink! i am so concerned for my health now because of this. i can’t believe this nightmare happened. i work at a fast food restaurant and this should never ever occur.

At this point I believe they are doing this on purpose. A $6.49 for a watery mocha frappe. That was the worst I have ever had anywhere I've been to. The interior looks sad and empty. The OPEN sign is off. I thought the franchiser was screwing these poor franchisees but apparently they are doing it to themselves. What a sad ending for a once popular brand. I'll stick to Starbucks and other chains from now on.

Went there for a specialty coffee and to relax. The barista didn't make the drink correctly and had no clue how to rectify it. Better staff training would be a good idea. It's not like the drinks are cheap.

This was the worst service I’ve had in awhile. I got a mobile order arrived 15 mins after it was placed and the order wasn’t even ready. The carrot cake u ordered was so hard and dry I couldn’t even eat it, it was like it had been left out for days and my frappe wasn’t even made correctly. Super disappointed

Maybe the single saddest coffee shop interior I've ever seen, which seems odd because it was fairly busy inside. Dying flickering florescent lights add a kinda dystopian horror vibe tho. And there's a bathroom key rigamarole which I kinda hate.
Staff were incredibly lovely and patient with my weird dietary requests. They had one vegan food option, the breakfast cookie, other locations I've seen have more.

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and a few vegan options food wise, vegan smoothies and nondairy milks available

Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegetarian and a few vegan options food wise, vegan smoothies and nondairy milks available. The gluten friendly items are all touching gluten baked goods, so avoid if celiac.
