Second Cup Café

Had an amazing experience at this location. Sapna made my drink amazing and I will always come to this location for it.

I had a fantastic experience at Second Cup, thanks to Sapna, the barista. She was incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to understand my taste preferences and recommending drinks I might enjoy. Sapna guided me through the menu by asking thoughtful questions, which really helped me figure out what I was in the mood for. Her warm and attentive service made my visit especially enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of her suggestions!

Just amazing. I had an amazing experience thanks to Sapna! The coffee she made was absolutely perfect—rich, flavorful, and just what I needed. On top of that, her service was warm, friendly, and professional. You can really tell she cares about what she does. Big shoutout to Sapna for making my day better with her skills and kindness!

Amazing place with very loving staff. This is exactly what u want when u are about to read a book or watch a movie in your devices. Perfect place :). Sapna is wonderful and very attentive . Exactly the person you want making you coffee!

Service and coffee was great but the cleanliness of the bathrooms was a nightmare

Weekend in Edmonton. Visited 3 different Second Cup locations looking for my flavorite Cuzco ... NOT one of them had it on 😕 not only that, but they wouldn't even consider making it ... that is, until I spoke with tje barista at the Mayfield cafe. Sapna ground up the beans, and brewed a fresh pot 😋

I had 2 larfe Redeyes to go with my own Red/Blue eyes👀

Great customer service is hard to find, but Sapna at Mayfield Second Cup served it up well 👍

The place is filthy. Ripped chairs. Dirty tables. Disgusting bathroom.
The only thing the worker did was fill orders and talk loudly on his phone. Tables remained dirty. We wanted a place to enjoy our coffee and this is definitely not the place to do it.

Terrific new owners and new staff. Wonderful friendly service with promptness. Appreciate a warm smile and greeting when walking into any establishment. I would highly recommend!

Workers are always incredibly friendly and the cafe is always clean and inviting. great coffee too!

The worst service ever! I went to the drive through, to order a tea and a milk with honey. The server (male) handed them to me on a tray cut in half, as per attached picture. I was surprised, but I thought that was their policy nowadays. Needless to say that the half-tray had no stability with the tall full cups on it and both cups spilled empty and soiled my car with milk and honey. Worst service ever!!
