Ordered a vanilla bean flash cold brew from here twice - the first time, I literally got what tasted like water with a shot of coffee and the second time the photos are attached - this is literally a cup of cream. So utterly disappointed, will never be returning to this location.

I had such a great experience at this location. The café has a cozy, welcoming vibe, perfect for relaxing with a book or getting some work done. The coffee is rich and smooth, though, my favourite part of coffee is the foam on top of it. The girl named Riya, if I’m not wrong, has the best skills to make a rich-textured foam, which I’ve never had before here—definitely one of the best cups I've had in a while. Even she was so friendly and attentive. She greeted everyone with her cute smile and was full of positive energy in her. You could tell she really cared about the customers and took pride in her work. It’s the kind of personal touch that makes you want to come back again and again.
Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for great coffee and even better service.

I had a fantastic experience at Second Cup, thanks to Sapna, the barista. She was incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to understand my taste preferences and recommending drinks I might enjoy. Sapna guided me through the menu by asking thoughtful questions, which really helped me figure out what I was in the mood for. Her warm and attentive service made my visit especially enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of her suggestions!

Weekend in Edmonton. Visited 3 different Second Cup locations looking for my flavorite Cuzco ... NOT one of them had it on 😕 not only that, but they wouldn't even consider making it ... that is, until I spoke with tje barista at the Mayfield cafe. Sapna ground up the beans, and brewed a fresh pot 😋

I had 2 larfe Redeyes to go with my own Red/Blue eyes👀

Great customer service is hard to find, but Sapna at Mayfield Second Cup served it up well 👍
