Went in with my son for a coffee and snack while I waited for an hour to pick up family from her appointment. Barista was very nice, coffee was good, snack was tasty but dry but the atmosphere was hurting. Seriously turn up your heat! We were freezing!! I felt bad for the poor soul working there. When he wasn't busy he had his hands up against a heater.

I had such a great experience at this location. The café has a cozy, welcoming vibe, perfect for relaxing with a book or getting some work done. The coffee is rich and smooth, though, my favourite part of coffee is the foam on top of it. The girl named Riya, if I’m not wrong, has the best skills to make a rich-textured foam, which I’ve never had before here—definitely one of the best cups I've had in a while. I had a fantastic experience at Second Cup, thanks to Sapna, the barista. She was incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to understand my taste preferences and recommending drinks I might enjoy. Sapna guided me through the menu by asking thoughtful questions, which really helped me figure out what I was in the mood for. Her warm and attentive service made my visit especially enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of her suggestions!
