I ordered an espresso frappe but ended up with what tasted like watered-down coffee. The girl working was really nice, but it was clear she hadn’t been properly trained — she just followed the instructions on the sheet. With espresso frappes, if the blender runs too long, the ice melts and it turns into more of a liquid than a slush, which is exactly what happened here. I don’t blame her; I blame whoever was responsible for training her. In this economy a $6.75 drink is a luxury and I won’t be wasting my money here again.

They used to make their own whipped cream but the machine broke down and they were unable to find another machine but they make Mocha beautiful.

I always enjoy going for a coffee at Second Cup. I prefer it over the others competitors. The white chocolate mocha and the caramel corretto are my favourites. The ambiance is always pleasing as is the staff. 👍😎

I love second cup and their drinks but this place doesn’t have the same quality as other by far.. been here three times and all three coffees were bad.. first time I ask for a large coffee and it was filled half way.. next too times I ask for a large that were not made right asked for a remake twice .. after twice just gave up… once again I want to say love second cup its better then Starbucks but this location needs training

The staff at this location are really unfriendly :( I was a regular here for years but won't be coming back anymore at all. You guys just lost a 15 year customer. To the owner, please put more care into the training of your staff. I really want to support second cup because they are a Canadian, locally owned company but I will be driving to another second cup now. Oliver square second cup is the second worst second cup in Edmonton.

I love second cup and their drinks, but this was by far the worst iced Pumpkin spice drink I even bought. It tasted pure sugar nothing else. Not sure if server messed up my drink, it looks nothing like the big picture they have on door. If you are charging 6 dollars, it better be good or average at least. Cherry on top, server forgot about the cream on top. Didn’t bother to ask again. Disappointed.
Cozy and nice place to spend time for work or study. Nice and kind staff all the time. Better than Starbucks and Tim's for its nice & calm place.

Kudos to the staff holding things down at this location. ? The atmosphere and service are excellent. On quiet days, it's a beautiful spot to study, work, chit-chat, etc.
