The restroom has a very strong smell of urine it's honestly unbearable to stand there for more than a few seconds. It's extremely uncomfortable to use because you can't even finish urinating properly due to the stench. The hygiene standards are clearly poor. Stopped by this location and unfortunately, it wasn’t a very welcoming experience. Despite being the only customer in line, the staff didn’t seem particularly interested in engaging or offering friendly service. For a place that wasn’t busy, you'd expect at least a bit of warmth.
Prices are definitely on the higher side, and honestly, it's hard to justify the cost when there are other great options nearby with better vibes and value. On the plus side, the store was clean—which is the bare minimum you’d expect.
Overall, not worth going out of your way for. Plenty of other spots around that offer a more inviting experience and better bang for your buck.

Extremely long wait for badly made coffee

The drinks are good but the food is disgusting. They never heat up the food properly ( ie. Breakfast sandwitches), so it's still half frozen every single time ( and I've been there many times). And the croissants are so old and are rock hard. I do not recommend any of the food except maybe the baked goods like the cakes. I don't think their other foods are not food safe and following proper guidelines.

I haven’t been to this location since last January 2024. I ordered large cappuccino (the usual for me in SCC). It didn’t tasted the same at all like before. There's more milk than Espresso. Like drinking milk! The cafe Was quiet. Nice music at the background. However, those staffs need to keep their volume down. It is all OK TO conversed in your own language. But must keep in down. They speak way too loud. Echoing the whole place. I’m not exaggerating at all. I won’t be back to this location for sure.

Maria Gave great Service, very personable and polite, I really liked that she chatted with me and used my name, makes the experience there pleasent! She goes above and beyond with her customer service, if she hadn't asked about a drink I would've forgotten so I'm glad she did!
My Turkey & Swiss pesto ciabatta sandwich was delicious 😋 I love the melts, The banana chocolate power smoothie is also the best smoothie I've had in Edmonton!
