Maria Gave great Service, very personable and polite, I really liked that she chatted with me and used my name, makes the experience there pleasent! She goes above and beyond with her customer service, if she hadn't asked about a drink I would've forgotten so I'm glad she did!
My Turkey & Swiss pesto ciabatta sandwich was delicious 😋 I love the melts, The banana chocolate power smoothie is also the best smoothie I've had in Edmonton!

Came in to buy a coffee and use the washroom. Wouldn't let me use the washroom without paying first. never coming back. Refused by the young lady working there tonight September 18 around 7pm.

My muffin was hard to take a bite off because it was so hard and also you can tell it was old stock it wasn’t fresh. The guy with curly hair who helped me was very rude no customer service at all. Definitely won’t be returning here.

As I had visited this ship for the first time ! The atmosphere was not as snooty as some shops . The servers were very down to earth. Chris had gone out of his way to help me. Much gratitude to his service today. Cozy and comfortable and friendly with outdoor benches as well to relax on in the sun ! I definitely recommend this spot to take a few minutes to relax and find yourself . And see the servers like Chris with genuine smiles . In my experiences with coffee shops and relaxing , genuine means a lot.”, and Goes along way

Hello, I want to leave a review about the coffee in this cafe. This morning I ordered an iced latte with coconut milk, and they made me a coffee with spoiled milk. The coffee tasted moldy. When I tried to tell the server that something was wrong with the taste of the coffee, she reacted very negatively and was reluctant to change my coffee. The second time, she made the coffee again with spoiled milk. When I told her that the coffee again had a moldy taste and most likely the milk had expired, and that she needed to check the milk for suitability, she threw away the packet of milk and opened a new one for me, but did not apologize for making me coffee twice with spoiled milk. On the third attempt, she made me coffee with high-quality milk but said that she would not change my coffee again. That is, I have to pay money for spoiled coffee due to their inability to ensure the quality of the milk. I have to say, the service is just disgusting. Please train your employees to deal with customers, because with such service, you will lose all your customers.
