Maybe I will order, who knows? But he just wanted to speak, it seems he doesn't like his job Other people around could hear him as well. Very rude and unprofessional..

I absolutely luv this place!! Staff and manger are amazing and super friendly, its the best place I have found to enjoy my favorite latte! The only issue is they never fill the cup!!

This is The Best! Second Cup. The owner and his staff are very friendly and provide an excellent product and go the extra mile in service. The food and drink are always top-notch! I have been going to this Second Cup for a few years. They stayed open during Covid. They deserve your business.

I go to this location every Thursday prior to work to pick up my Vanilla Bean Latte. The gentleman (Darryl-I think that’s his name?) was very kind and he would ask me how I am doing. The service is excellent and I leave this location with a smile on my face. It is located near Central LRT, on the concourse level of Telus Plaza. However it’s a quite a bit of a walk from City Centre mall, but it’s worth it when you are greeted by a friendly gentleman who cares about you.

I enjoy going to Second Cup and only recently discovered this location even though it’s been open since 2005. I found Selena, the barista, to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly!

It’s always a pleasant experience at this second cup. The gentleman who works the morning shift is a great way to start the day. He’s friendly and so fast. All the staff is efficient which is appreciated when we need our caffeine fix.
My wife and I enjoy good coffee. We often have an Americano, small size three shots. We much prefer Second Cup to Starbucks
