I absolutely luv this place!! Staff and manger are amazing and super friendly, its the best place I have found to enjoy my favorite latte! The only issue is they never fill the cup!!

This is The Best! Second Cup. The owner and his staff are very friendly and provide an excellent product and go the extra mile in service. The food and drink are always top-notch! I have been going to this Second Cup for a few years. They stayed open during Covid. They deserve your business.

I go to this location every Thursday prior to work to pick up my Vanilla Bean Latte. The gentleman (Darryl-I think that’s his name?) was very kind and he would ask me how I am doing. The service is excellent and I leave this location with a smile on my face. It is located near Central LRT, on the concourse level of Telus Plaza. However it’s a quite a bit of a walk from City Centre mall, but it’s worth it when you are greeted by a friendly gentleman who cares about you.

This review is for customer service in Second Cups head office. worst customer service ever!!! Wish I could leave a 0 star review. I am having problems with my rewards card and have left so many messages for a call back over the last few weeks without a single response. absolute garbage customer service! ive been very polite in my messages and have left a clear message with my phone number, so there is no reason to not to call me back. thanks for nothing!

It’s always a pleasant experience at this second cup. The gentleman who works the morning shift is a great way to start the day. He’s friendly and so fast. All the staff is efficient which is appreciated when we need our caffeine fix.

I don't understand why the say the sell a flavoured frozen yogurt when the last three time I've asked for a frozen yogurt they only have the original one or nothing at all

I've been coming to this location for years, the staff are alway friendly and they are always fast! And they are great even when they make a mistake. I ordered a specialty drink here the other day and when I got back to my desk it didn't taste like what I ordered. So I went back and they were so great about it, they just made me another drink right away! Great customer service guys!! Oh and I love that Lattes are $3.50 on Wednesday's in November! Sweet deal ;)
