I went to a different Second Cup location and received a very poorly made order.. I was rushing to an appointment so I stopped at this Second Cup location to hopefully get it remade. Despite getting no compensation for this, the owner offered a free drink on them to make up for my prior bad experience. They were so kind and understanding. This will be my go to coffee shop now!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this cafe, and it truly offers the best coffee in town. Phal provided an exceptional customer experience, making my visit memorable. The recommendations for must-try beverages were spot-on, and the overall ambiance makes this cafe a must-visit. Must try ice Vanilla bean latte and Almond dates smoothie.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that your needs are met with a smile. However, I would like to suggest to the owner to consider hiring more staff. This would enhance the efficiency of the service and make an already great experience even better.
Second cup is the perfect place for coffee lovers and an excellent spot for office meetings.

Before I left, I purchased a bag of their signature coffee beans, feeling like I was taking a piece of the café home. Second Cup Café truly exceeded my expectations. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend visiting—you won’t be disappointed!
