I was in this location on April 6 , about 5 pm , service was excellent & good communication from the server.

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt inclined to do so after experiencing some pretty bad service from this second cup. I used to always encounter one of the female employees who was always so lovely and kind. There’s a new girl that works here who is extremely rude - cut me off when requesting an iced coffee in the morning by saying “we don’t make iced coffee here this early” - that’s new to me!
Decided to give them another visit to order coffee today, the intercom for the drive thru was not working as there was a sign. So I assumed I’d just drive to the window to order. The male employee did not meet me there after waiting for a few minutes so I go inside and asked if he was making coffee to which he said yes. I notified him that I was in the drive thru and waited for a bit (I was friendly when letting him know) and he just blatantly ignored me. After paying for my coffee I waited and he just put it on the counter without saying a word to me, no thank you no have a good day - nothing. This location needs a serious talk to about customer service with their new employees. I refuse to come to this location unless the original female employee who is kind, is working.
Absolute worst location in the entire city. The coffee is always wrong. There is a huge long wait period even if you are the only person there. And she gives attitude. Bare minimum effort and never any non dairy milks. You are better off to drink coffee burnt out of a 7 11

I went through the drive through yesterday. I waited 7 or 8 minutes at the speaker/order system. I tried talking to the order system. Someone rolled up behind me and eventually honked. Sat there for a bit more. Ignoring the honker. No one took my order so eventually I drove off. How aggravating. I am an outside sales rep and I spend between $250.00 and $350.00 per month on Coffee. I have been looking for an alternative Tim Hortons. This ain't it.

I was a great visit but I feel like the regular coffee is a bit too watered down for my taste and quite expensive at $7 roughly for 2 large cups of coffee.

This place is great but when ever I go which is minimum once a week they don’t have the almond date smoothie! Every single time for the last 3 months they don’t have it. What gives?

I went to a different Second Cup location and received a very poorly made order.. I was rushing to an appointment so I stopped at this Second Cup location to hopefully get it remade. Despite getting no compensation for this, the owner offered a free drink on them to make up for my prior bad experience. They were so kind and understanding. This will be my go to coffee shop now!!
