Sepp's Pizza

They sold me a pizza with a slice missing and replaced with a tiny slice that was clearly not cooked with the entire pizza.. very weird and the customer service is horrible.

Had difficulty digesting it
I am not recomending pizza if you have sensetive stomach , though it was tasty
I had porco verde pizza
But had lost next days 😕

Safe to say.. Sepp’s SLAPS!

First time Sepp’s eater today. Had the Open Sesame with added spicy soppressata 🤤 Probably the best pizza I’ve had in Canada. My top pizzas of all time have been from Milan & Naples.

This is probably the best pizza I've had in Edmonton. I don't understand why this place only has 4 stars.

This place literally screws up my order every single time. I asked for it well done and it's never well done. I pay $7 for extra cheese and there is no extra cheese. I will never order from this pretentious pizza place again. This is literally the most unaccommodating restaurant I've ever been to

Underwhelming and the most expensive pizza I’ve ever eaten! Wowza! And only 4 basil leaves on an 18inch pizza.

Terrible customer service. Wrong order delivered using Sepps “Uber delivery service” on their website, which is not the same as ordering directly through the official Uber app. So a completely wrong order arrived and I wanted my money back. Called and spoke to uber eats and Uber eats can not see my order under my Uber eats account because the order wasn’t placed directly through the Uber eats app. I simply ordered off Sepps site. So far Uber is not able to refund for the full amount and the restaurant receptionist says it’s not their problem and to take it up with Uber. I even asked the receptionist at Sepps if they could simply remake the correct order and I would drive over to pick it up. She said they can’t do that and was told that the only way for me to re-order anything is by using their websites Uber delivery service. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I can’t. Not sure why. I guess the only option for me is to file a claim with Visa to get my refund. Never going through this process again.

Overhyped and Underwhelming Pizza

Ordered the veggie pizza for pickup. The toppings were overcooked and the crust of the pizza was incredibly hard and dry. For the $$ price, the pizza did NOT meet my standards. I read other similar reviews from months ago, and it seems that the pizza quality remains the same. I have a hunch that they're reheating their pizza's. Curious if others feel the same.

The quality is disappointing and I won't be eating from Sepp's again.

Good pizza but the “build your own” prices are absurd.

$5 for jalapeño slices on an 18”??? That’s maybe 50 cents of jalapeño from the grocery store. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg

Their website wasn’t working for ordering online. I tried to call and they don’t take orders over the phone. Then I go to Uber, which also is saying I can only do delivery, not pickup. So … you can’t order pickup food from here I guess? What a waste of time. I ordered from another pizza place right after and had zero issues, their website was a lot more user friendly. Will not be ordering from Sepps in the future.

Solid NY style pizza. Can’t truly even get this style in Calgary amongst the top pizza spots. Anyone in the reviews giving 1 star, is truly butt -hurt and lame.

Stopped by Sepp’s Pizza for a quick walking slice over my lunch break and all I have to say is that they lived up to the hype. For years people have been telling me that this is the best place in the city for New York style pizza and they were not wrong. Had the double pepperoni slice which had the perfect combination of meat cheese and grease and I can’t wait to take my crew out to this location next week.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
I'll never ever order from this place again and I'll make sure no one else does either. This place is an absolute scam and will take your money without saying anything. We ordered from this place and it made us doing through Uber. I specifically said we can't have gluten and when a lady called me she said they didn't have anything gluten free which is fine. So I went I'm within 5 minutes of ordering and canceled my order, she called me and told me why I had to cancel it and I told her because we were allergic to gluten and she said okay. Next thing you know they STILL charged us for the food even though we never got it at all. They claimed it wad already made when i canceled it within 5 minutes of ordering. This place is an absolute scam and seeing the comments I see that we aren't the only ones with this problem. They hide this comments with their other reviews but little do people know that they are being scammed
