I made an order for a SFC Feast and extra plain chicken online at 3pm for pickup at 5pm at the northside location.
I got there 10 mins early so I was willing to wait for it to be ready at 5. I ended waiting an extra 30 mins over my pickup time because the people working there were preparing every other order coming in. It was very busy but since I’ve ordered this 2 hours ahead of time, it’s unacceptable that I had to wait 30 mins. When I finally got my food, there was no apology for waiting so long, just ‘here’s your order’.
When I got home and opened everything up, they didn’t even give me all the flavours I ordered. The food was good but considering the long wait and even though I was the last person to receive their order, it’s safe to say I won’t be ordering from here again.
Warning if you order ahead online, hope other people don’t have this experience.
