I don’t know what the owners were thinking but they made the food more expensive for the exact same thing. I tried a new addition, the potato salad, and it was not good. It did not taste like a potato salad at all. This used be my favorite place because it had good Korean chicken, now it doesn’t even feel like a Korean spot.

I used to love Seoul Fried Chicken, but the recent menu changes have been disappointing. They’ve added more variety, but now they charge extra for things that were previously included.
Before, both the Big Seoul and Lil Seoul came with a drink—now that’s an extra charge. If you prefer all tenders instead of bone-in chicken, that’s another added cost. It feels like they’re nickel-and-diming customers rather than providing the great value they used to.
The new potato egg salad is another letdown. It seems like they just mashed up old French fries instead of using fresh potatoes or real egg salad. They’d be better off dropping the potato altogether and offering a proper egg salad instead.
The chicken is still very good, but the added menu variety seems to be slowing things down. The counter staff are often too busy managing different orders to be readily available for walk-up customers. This creates long lineups and a backlog, especially during lunch hour. Even as lunch is almost over, people are still waiting for their food because the kitchen has to prepare so many different dishes now.
Overall, while the chicken itself is great, the extra charges and slow service make it feel like you’re paying more and waiting longer for an experience that used to be much better. I hope they reconsider some of these changes and bring back the value and efficiency that made them a go-to spot

I ordered the 4 piece meal with the BBQ chicken a few days ago and unfortunately it gave me brutal diarrhea and stomach cramps all night long into the next day. I barely got any sleep and had to stay home from work the next day as a result. Cannot recommend this place and maybe a health inspector needs to give them a visit ASAP.

Went here to grab a chicken sandwich and fries to go on a whim. I am wowed by the price/quality ratio. You can spend less here than you could for a chicken burger and fries at McDonald’s for 5 times the quality. Thick well seasoned fries, chicken that’s crispy on the outside and incredibly tender on the inside. I’m not that kinda guy but I almost wish I asked for the cashier’s name because she clearly knows how to do hospitality. Incredibly polite, informative without being overwhelming and the perfect balance of warm and laid back while being very professional and competent. Highly recommend. Thanks to those at Seoul! I will be coming back :)

I ordered around 9:20 pm on March 24th, Horrible customer service. Staff working at the front had some weird attitude for no valid reason. I was very respectful throughout the ordering process but the staff was very unwelcoming. Please train your staff on basic standards of customer service and please train them that regardless of race, gender, and skin tone their job is to provide customer service. We live in a multicultural country and such attitudes are disappointing.

One of my favourite small franchises in the city! The vibes in this place are always cozy and comfortable. Absolutely love all the painted walls. It makes the room feel very bright and welcoming! 😊 Great place for some photos if you’re someone like me who loves murals!
Now for the food… amazing!! I’ve gone here a few times and it’s never disappointed. Their kimchi has a kick and their chicken is so flavourful!! Crispy and juicy. Most fried chicken places don’t hit the spot for me like this place does!
The prices are wonderful for the portion sizes of the food you get and how filling the chicken is. I always end up having leftovers (bonus!) because the chicken is so filling. Great place for lunch and dinner in my opinion!
Parking: Definitely do a walk down the street if you can! Lots of neat places to see and go to to plan for a future stop! Love this little area 😊
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly! Though I’m not sure if your child may like the seating. It’s comfortable, but it’s hard type, not cushioned. There is a television on the wall to keep them occupied, though it usually only plays sports
Wheelchair accessibility: The place is decently spacious so I don’t think a wheelchair will have issues in here! The doors to get in are a bit tricky though. You would have to get someone else to open it for you to enter.
