Shrinkflation really hit this place!! Prices for their chicken sets went up drastically and they lowered the portion sizes too! Their chicken sauces are good but lacks meat, mostly just battered bones lol

Firstly ill say i been here a cpl time a cpl yrs back and i shoukdve kept it that way.The orher night, I went in about an hour before their closing time to pick up 16 pieces of chicken.Firstly, it cost 46$ imstead of $38 just because I wanted 2 different flavours of chicken. Sucks, but if that was the only complaint, I had, I wouldn't even be writing this review right now.When I get home and start to eat the chicken, you can tell it's super super old chicken that's probably been sitting around for hours. It was dry and just flat out tasted old. Was not juicy. Was barely warm.Not only that but the pieces I received were so pathetic. They cut a thigh in "half" where it was literally 90% bone 10% meat and that was a "piece" I'd say at least half the pieces were like that.This place needs to get their priorities in order because no one should be ripped off like i felt i wzs ripped off the other night.I'll never waste a dollar here and I don't think anyone should either.

Ordered for delivery as last time when i was in town (6 months ago)had an amazing experience... sad to say this time was not so great. As delivery took a while, it was not exactly hot, but hey, it's fried chicken, what could be so bad? Well...half the fried chicken was basically battered skin, no meat, and the French fries were so cooked they were inedible. (See picture) oh and I chose bottled water was expecting brand name like Dasani but got Real Canadian? That's a first to order food and receive budget water. I'm not sure why such a change in quality but won't order again.

Consistently excellent fried chicken! I've tried most of the flavours so far and I've liked all of them. I love their side dishes (corn fritter, kale caesar, macaroni pesto) as well. Reasonable pricing, great portions. Never disappointing!
