A friendly crowd. This was a favorite spot.on a NE pub crawl

When the staff does nothing to protect a customer from another, I have no respect for the establishment nor it's staff. I was threatened several times by a large individual in the presence of staff members. They did nothing to intervene, I asked for assistance and got none so I called 911 as this person was continuing to harass me. The individual only stopped once I called 911 as that is when they left the bar. The staff then kicked me out because when I told them I did not like the way they handled the situation, they defended the other customer, who is a regular client and then kicked me out of the establishment. The manager was made aware of the situation and did not have anything to add. Disgraceful.

The response from Shenanigans is the view of a staff member that is trying to keep a regular customer happy and coming back...still disgraceful...the only response from management is to refute my post...sad that this is the state of the hospitality industry.

Came from out of town, heard this place was really good, happy to see it was Wing Wednesday, they were soooo good! Server Breanna was very attentive and caring & made my first time here more enjoyable. Will def be back when i’m back in Alberta!

I always enjoy this place for the chill atmosphere and friendly staff, especially on Thursdays for their cheap but delicious tacos. Great specials through out the week and the waitresses and bartenders are friendly and attentive.

What a great place to stop at the work days end, grab a bite to eat, have a pint or two and Unwind from the work day. Very pleasant staff, kitchen is on task delivering hot food. Lots of room and many screens to view, ask and the staff is happy to accommodate a channel change. Many different entertainment Theme nights, pool tables, dart boards and one of my favorites is a Saturday & Sunday Breakfast menu. Friendly team who know my name, always smile and approach their role as more than a job. Thanks

I have just moved to this side of Edmonton and my cousins and I went there for the first time. The food was terrible. the chicken wings were very dry and my steak was basically raw like blue raw. I let the waitress know and she asked me what she should do about it and I said we'll in most cases you would get them to make it again no? Than she proceeded to tell me about how they have a new cook and was not very helpful at all. Didn't even come by to ask us how our food was when we first got it or anything. So I just told her to give us our bill so we could leave. I'll never go there again.

What a poor experience at this restaurant.My girlfriend's taco dinner was sticking to her paper liner on her plate and she had like 3 tacos.She asked for cream for her coffee and the server brought her milk and for my burger the lettuce was limp and the bacon was extra crisp so l had to send it back. To make things worse they still charged her for her coffee and the taco dinner! This happened at 5:40 on August 30th what a gross pathetic zestpool! Never again!

This place used to be the place to be. For years !
Now the service is so bad it's actually hilarious their servers are employed ?

If someone is trying to get an award for worst service in the city, they've got it going on !

I went here a couple weeks ago with some friends. It was pathetic how long we had to wait just to even get served... The details are so laughable it isn't worth typing out.

Also

I had a friend go here today for lunch. And the same thing.... it took 40 minutes to get a drink and a menu. Ended up paying for the drink and going elsewhere for food being as the waitress's priority was gossiping with the only 2 other people in the establishment. ???

I'm assuming they've changed owners or management recently. What a shame. A hidden gem just another local dump
