I have been coming to this location for years. There large donair has been getting smaller and smaller even know I say right to there face please make it big and left a generous tip. Get home there small. If there gonna start doing that they should make them cheaper, I'm going to start going to a better location. To bad tho they were the best place but now there falling down in my opinion. Might have somthing to do with there new staff I see there.

I am beyond sad, time to find a new favourite donair. After witnessing the cook BARE hand onion rings from the freeze to the deep fryer. I decided to watch the food prep. I wish I hadn’t. I noticed his shirt had hand prints of flour food etc on it. Meaning he’d wipe and then bare hand touch food. The lady who was finishing prep of our poutines BARE hand dug in the cheese and put on our poutines not only effecting ours but the rest of the customers. Truly contemplating reporting.
Huge amount of food and never leave hungry and I'm a big guy. Just right amount of spice in meat and cheese for my taste. Favorite in town.

I ordered food for lunch today online. Came to pick it up a few min early, and they were just finishing it up. I ordered mine, not spicy, and mine was spicy. Not enough sauce at all. Husband had too many onions, and onions weren't pieled properly. Not enough sauce. We ordered a burger and fries for another worker. Only burger was packed, no fries. When I got to work and unpacked the items, I noticed. I called the store, and she was way too busy to talk to me. She was asking me what email, and I said I would call back. I didn't get a chance to call her back today. ? very disappointed at the food today. We bought lunch here 5 months ago and it was delicious today. It wasn't great.
Sorry, what do you mean call next time? I ordered online earlier as I know lunches are buzy. Will I be getting my refund for not getting my fries?

I love the food but they never remember my extras. Like cheese on my burger, or donair in my poutine. If I pay the extra money it's because I want it in my food! I even gave a tip to get my order wrong....
