Buying food for like 5 people for quick work lunch so im spending like $70 ask if i can get the sweat and sour sauce on side want me spend and extra $3 for a tiny dipping sauce cup per order if i want on side soo eating there dry and basically all bread chicken balls and spring rolls and 3. U can even get a half noodle half rice its one or the other even if i try sub one my meats for rice still wont and give straight attitude

After purchasing lunch, I noticed my ginger beef was cold and rock hard. I didn’t say anything. I actually dropped my fork on the floor went up to ask for a new one and she tried charging me $.75 for it. She’s very rude after I just purchased, food, wouldn’t give me a fork to eat with And started screaming at me and her language. I do not recommend this place at all. I give it a two star if anything this place needs to be taken out of the mall it’s ran down into the ground. Food taste very awful

Terrible service. I asked the woman who served me if she could please give me my side of half rice and half pasta (something I had asked at Panda, where they said they could give me half and half without any problem). That was enough for the woman to treat me extremely badly. I even asked her if she was angry, and she said yes because I asked if she could give me both. I didn't want more, just a little of each. I also bought a bottle of water to give my baby water to drink with a straw. She rudely told me 10 cents for the cup. It's the first time anyone has ever charged me for a cup when I'm buying food at a restaurant. So I asked to speak to her manager, but she completely ignored me and served another customer. A few minutes later, I saw another young man working there and told him I needed to speak to a manager. He told me that the rude woman was the one... manager, I'm honestly very surprised that someone with that level of incompetence can run a business. That business doesn't deserve to have customers.

Hands down some of the best western style Chinese food in the city. The house combo is such a good value. This place is a staple of the mall.
I have had nothing but good service here in the 15 plus years I have been going. No communication issues or language barrier issues like I have seen other reviews mention, and no rudeness.
The food is always good. Sometimes it can be a touch dry like all food court Chinese food. But the sesame chicken is to die for. I often go out of my way to make it here.

the food is very delicious a decent cost for the meal. I'm a student i go here to eat and pay 11$ for a whole meal but that one meal fills you up instantly. and i would definitely recommend this place to other people to try something else new.

WORST PLACE TO EAT! This was honestly my worst experience in Canada. The lady I dealt with was incredibly racist! I’ve always respected elders, which is the only reason I didn’t respond rudely—but oh my God, the way she behaved was unbelievable. All I did was ask for two hot sauces, and she made it the most frustrating experience ever. At first, I was just confused, but then I realized she was being racist. She kept talking to me in a loud, condescending tone, making faces, and even yelling the total at me while I was literally reaching into my purse to pay. At first, I even kept smiling at her, not realizing what she was trying to do. But soon it became clear. She had been busy laughing at some random video on her phone when I arrived. I called her three times, and she completely ignored me. When she finally came over, she looked annoyed, started yelling again, and gave me the nastiest attitude. It was during my break, and she completely ruined it. People who intentionally try to put others down are honestly pathetic. Awful food, awful customer service. The only thing that stopped me from saying something back was my values—because she was older. Otherwise, I would’ve had no problem putting someone like that in their place. The ladies here are always kind and smile when I order.
Good manners, speaking politely and being friendly to them has never given me a negative response.
The food has been consistent with each visit and I have yet to experience what some others are whining about.
My go to is chicken fried rice, bbq chicken & beef w/vegetables to go. Never been cold by the time I get home.
I will continue to purchase meals from this location.

If I had the choice of zero stars that’s what they would be getting. I spent about 12.00 on my meal it was completely cold,stale and I found the flavour of mold in my food. The lady was completely rude and never gave me my receipt so I couldn’t bring the food back there and by 4am the next day I was puking for 15minutes straight. Highly do not recommend eating there.
