Went in on a Saturday afternoon at around 4pm.A gentleman was there waiting for a table ahead of me.I stood there for several minutes waiting, there was no evidence of a hostess or server on the floor .I waited several minutes then opted to take my business elsewhere.

The whole experience was awesome! The host/manager and especially our server Gina. Very friendly, great service, breakfast was very good! Came out hot and orders were right ! Thanks for a great morning!
Ordinary menu but good taste. Price is reasonable. My family and I like it at least. But there was only one waitress at that day. And she was too busy and we had to wait for quite long time for ordering.Vegetarian options: Variety choices available

We walked in, had to wait around for someone to even notice us. Sign says wait to be seated, the waitress hands us our menu and utensils and tells us to find a clean table. They didn't even have a drink menu. Waitress was rude when she tried to take our order, so we had to leave.

Had a very good meal. The wife and I each had skillets. Our server Tanya was fantastic and definitely deserves a raise no matter what she makes. We both enjoyed our meal, it was out to us incredibly fast which we appreciated. And we didn't even have to ask for a to go box for the left overs. Definitely one of the best experiences I have had in any Smitty's in recent years.
