We have an autistic child who makes getting out for dinner extremely difficult due to being over stimulated and screaming until he's comfortable in his atmosphere THE ABSOLUTE WONDERFUL WAITER JOHN made our visit so much more bearable he even went to the extent of getting our very disruptive son comfortable with toys and incredible service! He told us our son Lincoln had the license and he made such a hard situation so much easier. The world needs more John's & we will now make this smittys a once a week trip to help try & get our son more comfortable with family outings. Thank you for the wonderful food and the amazing service.

First thing the waitress asked was if I wanted a shot, at noon. Construction workers in the dining as much vodka as they could before going back to work. Food was poor quality, and not cheap. Bathrooms were filthy and almost unusable.
Most of the other patrons were seniors hanging on to what Smitty's used to be, now just a shadow of its former self

It was my first time going to Smitty's and it was great. The place was clean, mostly booth seating. Service was quite quick.
They have some good daily specials that I will definitely return to try.
The mozzarella sticks are perfectly done with great cheese pulls!
Parking: Mall parking lot, lots of stalls.

I was very impressed with the food and service! The chicken Caesar salad was so tasty - the chicken was moist, juicy and delicious. The butter chicken my friend had - she said it was absolutely delicious as well. The server was kind and always checking on us. The prices are better than most. Pleasantly surprised and will be coming back!

The food was great and there was a lot of it for the price.
Our waiter John was very pleasent and accessible. We were never left wondering where he was nor felt like he was always around watching.
Would definitely recommend and will for sure be back.
Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to work with the customer to modify a menu item if an individual has a dietary restriction.
Parking: In a mall so lots of parking. Just depends on how busy the mall is for how close you can park.
Kid-friendliness: This location would be good to bring kids to.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's in a mall and we were there with an adult who uses a walker. She had no problem in this location.

Go into Smittys once a week and always like to sit where Mona serves me. She is fun to talk with. When she sees me, she is walking up the isle with my coffee and cream, do not have to tell her. I like going to a place where I am known.

Our family absolutely loves this restaurant! We eat here all the time. Beyond great food, and great service (Jane is the best server!), it has the classic family restaurant atmosphere, something that is SORELY lacking today.
