I stopped by today to try them out for the first time. I ordered the smash burger and it was amazing, so fresh, juicy and the bun was unbelievable! Definitely a must try! 🥰

It is very clear to me the people who run this truck have no idea what they are doing. I've been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years.The brisket tasted fine, but 1 slice of it in a $17 sandwich is pretty pathetic. Nothing else on the sandwich, not even slaw. A full brisket costs $150-$180. You charge me 10% of the cost for 1 slice. I get it, cost is up in 2022, but 1 slice with nothing else on the untoasted bun? Come on now.Over salted fries were also very disappointingBut not as disappointing as waiting in line with maybe 10 people ahead of me for 40 minutes.Also, the lack of cleanliness is absolutely disgusting. No hats, no aprons, no sanitizer1/5. Just go to Meat on Whyte

Went to try these guys at the 124 grand market festival that's happening.Got the Major pulled pork sandwich and with cheddar jalapeno corn bread as a side.The cornbread was very soft and moist, flavoured very well, sweet with a very small kick. 5/5The pork sandwich was quite good overall, the crispy onions added some nice flavor, however the pork was a little bit dry and the BBQ sauce was almost non existent also the cheese was also not melted at all, for a $15 sandwich I expected a bit more. 3.5/5All and all the experience itself was good, the guy working the truck was friendly and we didn't have to wait too long for our order. 5/5
