I was in Edmonton for the first time to catch an Oilers game, and decided to check out Smoke BBQ. I’m so glad I did. From the start, the staff—especially Ashlyn—and management went out of their way to help with reservations and even shared great info about the city. The burnt ends of pork belly were under cooked and soft The brisket was tough, dry and chewy. The potatoe salad is served hot ??? All in all a very disappointing experience for us. We won’t be back.
