I was in Edmonton for the first time to catch an Oilers game, and decided to check out Smoke BBQ. I’m so glad I did. From the start, the staff—especially Ashlyn—and management went out of their way to help with reservations and even shared great info about the city. They were incredibly accommodating, and we enjoyed our experience so much that we came back a second time during our stay. The vibe is welcoming, the food is fantastic, and you really can’t beat the location—it’s just a short walk to Rogers Place. Highly recommend if you’re in town!

The burnt ends of pork belly were under cooked and soft The brisket was tough, dry and chewy. The potatoe salad is served hot ??? All in all a very disappointing experience for us. We won’t be back.

First time, went before the Oilkings game. Food and service was great. Burger and brisket sandwich were both very tasty, the crispy chicken was also delicious! Found the Notorious P.I.G good but a little lacking in the amount of meat. We'll definitely return - one thing had gift certificates and were only allowed to use one for the table nowhere on the certificate or online did it mention this.
Also to bad minors aren't allowed would be great for oilkings game people 😊

Went here on the weekend before Halloween, so they were hosting some party on the other side. It took forever to get a server, the server we got though was really nice. Food was nice, nothing awesome, but still good. I had a shirley temple and it was tasty. The chicken wrap was nice but they likely have better options, wouldn't order that again. The noise in this place is too loud, unbearable, unable to hear the person next to me. More bar than restaurant.

Parking: Very expensive parking across the street.

Great place, awesome food and a wonderful server. Ash took care of our needs as best as she could. Was a little difficult to hold a conversation but after all, it is more like a pub setting and was right before the Bruce Springsteen show. Will more than likely pop in again for a pre-show beverage

Smoke had excellent food and even better service! The brisket and sausages were some of the best I've ever had and the potato salad is a must-order!
Had a reservation for 5:15 on a game night. By 6:30 we still did not receive any food. Waitress took orders for customers that came after us. We had to leave without eating since the game was starting. Waitress was very rude and just kept saying they were really busy…maybe they should not take so many reservations if they do not have staff to handle it. When I asked for the manager she said the manager was in the basement…so the staff is run off their feet and the manager is in the basement…will never go here again or recommend.

I'd share my experience but don't have any. The day before our reservations for 9 adults we we're told that they had to cancel our reservation cause they decided to fit in a Xmas party instead. We we're told that they would give us a shots when we reschedule. Real classy move. Keep your shots, us 9 adults will be spreading the word I can assure you,and please don't reply to my review,you're not worth listening to.
