This place was terrible. They were not inviting or nice at all & the price was high & the quality was low. I ordered a brisket sandwich for $16 & upgraded to fries for $20. The drink was $3 & two-three spoon fulls of gravy for $4. The briskets sandwich condiments were thrown to one side without care. The fries were bland at best & the spoon fulls of gravy for $4 were a joke. Time for a wake up call guys.

Customer service was not there. BTW Combo means multiple not sadwich and fries.. make sure you treat your customers with honesty.. In Canada combo comes with drinks. Sandwiches were about a 3 and the fries you might as well not of given any lol 44.00 and McDonald's delivers better service.. sad just sad because their restaurant was excellent at one time

We had Smokehouse BBQ serve at our school fundraiser, and they were absolutely fantastic! Not only was the dinner delicious—seriously, some of the best BBQ we've had—but their team went above and beyond to make the event a success. When a couple of our other food trucks canceled last minute, they stepped up without hesitation and even went out to grab more product to ensure everyone was fed. Their professionalism, flexibility, and incredible food made a huge difference, and we’re so grateful for their support. Highly recommend them for any event!

My taste buds were violated each time my work ordered from this place. It was free food to me and I could never finish the food because it was so

Had their chicken and pulled pork sandwiches with fried potato chips at a company function. They came prepared for a huge amount of staff and were able to serve the food quickly. Food was excellent. Would recommend.

So disappointed with the food truck service and experience today. Food truck foods should be a unique experience and deliver food people rave about. The food I experienced today was nothing that I expected. $20 for a fried chicken sandwich with Fries… felt like I would have had better food at fast food chain. Fries were not only cold, but they were pale looking and not seasoned. And the “Southwestern “ chicken was honestly embarrassing for a Smokehouse. Bun had nothing in it, and the chicken was soggy, not crispy as it should be. I asked for our order to be redone, and the guy blamed me for the cold food cause he claimed I didn’t pick it up for 15 min. At that point, I didn’t want to give them another shot. The one thing they did right was give me a refund when I asked for it.
