Very very weired experience. The owner is so rude he don’t know how to treat customers. I js order a simple thing the mango coconut bingsoo in regular size to go. They said they don’t do to go. I told them to use the medium or large cup for the regular quantity.First they deny, but after that ready to do that. But, the girl who was making did a mess while making because she made in regular cup after that she transferred in large I don’t know why she can’t make the regular quantity in the large cup. I don’t like that and I don’t want to have that . I asked them to refund. But, they have very inexperienced staff they don’t know how to refund. They called the owner, he came and I explained that I came from Edmonton but he said he don’t care. He was so rude. Never ever visit again.

I usually get the nutella taiyaki croissant, its very good and its a nice treat in the middle of the day. The place is a bit pricey though

My favorite spot when I’m in the mood for something sweet! I absolutely love their Nutella bingsoo! I’ve also tried the mango and strawberry flavors, but Nutella by far is the best for me. You can also decide the size of the bingsoo, which is awesome for anyone wanting to sample different flavors :) I also appreciate that they offer a wide range of food and drinks, so there’s plenty to choose from. The atmosphere is super cozy, the vibe is great, and the staff is always friendly. They sometimes give out free croissant coupons as well!!

Parking: I think you can park for free for 90 minutes at Save on Foods on 109 Street, and then it’s just a short 3-minute walk to the shop. There are also parking spots available (not free) along the side of the road or near the Cactus Club Restaurant.

I am disappointed with the food service experience at your establishment. One of your staff members, a female employee without glasses, has demonstrated unprofessional behavior during service. She frequently delivers dishes to the wrong tables, misses customer orders, and fails to apologize when mistakes occur. Additionally, her demeanor often appears unhappy and frustrated, which negatively impacts the dining experience. I strongly recommend providing training for your employees in communication and customer service skills to improve the overall quality of service.

Would not recommend. Staff were very rude. They are running a promotion on instagram and said we were not allowed it and did not say why. Terrible service.

Owner replied and everything they stated was wrong, we showed up during the promo time. There staff just brushed us off. Using a fake promo to lure us there to buy more stuff...

The mango bingsoo is delicious and so is the tiramisu flavour. One of the main components, is the refreshing flavour. Their quality and service is excellent. I’ve been twice and they never disappoint.

Terrible service and unprofessional

We ordered 4 bingsoos (2 mango, 2 watermelon) on doordash and only received 2 of them, both of them oreo which we didn’t want. When we called the restaurant to let them know, they didn’t seem to care and just told us they were out of the ones we ordered so they substituted. It would have been fine had they called us to let us know but they just gave us half our order with a random flavour they chose. Super annoyed at the unprofessionalism as they didn’t do anything to resolve their mistake and just told us that doordash would refund us.
