Fantastic selection for AYCE and tasted good, a great alternative to Sushi Toshi. Main drawbacks were the tables were pretty small so it was difficult to fit all the plates on the table and you had to rush to clear off plates plus there's no built in vents at each table so the air feels pretty smokey with the hot grills.

Came to the restaurant with a group of 6. Food and general service was great. However, couple orders of food were forgotten, or delayed (moderate). I will give the the staff the benefit of the doubt, as there was another group 10+ and a group of at least 8 as well. I offer advice to others who plan to come to this restaurant. Come with a smaller group (<6).I wholeheartedly recommend the braised pork, as it's extremely tender.

I think the All You Can Eat menu completed revitalized this place. You get to choose 30 pieces of sushi, a bunch of different rolls, a Poke bowl, 1 grilled option, 1 deep fried option, 1 main and UNLIMITED appetizers/soup/salad for only $40.*Food*- Sushi: Delicious for the price. Fish wasn’t the freshest but you could always use the grill to enhance the flavor. The butterfish and salmon tasted amazing. Not a fan of the red snapper and tuna.- Beef Tataki: Beef was nicely seasoned. Could replace the weird seaweed with 1/2 pieces of fruit. I personally like more citrus in the sauce.- Miso soup: A little too much miso.- Rolls/Hand rolls: Very delicious, nicely seasoned and all had great combination of different flavors.- Short Ribs: Lacked saltiness/umami and was overly sweet.- Drinks: They have great cocktails.I had a blast overall. There were MANY options to choose from and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The AYCE menu is highly recommended

This place is nicely decorated and has a very calming atmosphere. The pacific roll is delicious. They have a great variety of dishes at very reasonable prices. The cocktails here are also very flavourful. One of my favourite restaurants in Edmonton!

I have been to every single all you can eat sushi place in the city, this is definitely the best one in my opinion! Excellent sashimi & selection, nice BBQ menu! 2 gripes I have from this experience, Soy-sauce bottle looked a little questionable & they charged me full price for a virgin Caesar. Will come back!

An intriguing culinary experience that combines traditional Japanese cuisine with a modern twist. The restaurant's all-you-can-eat menu is a highlight, offering a decent array of options that cater to diverse palates. The soup selection is particularly commendable, with four distinct varieties. Each soup is a testament to the kitchen's ability to balance ingredients and create harmonious dishes that warm the soul. However, the grill selection at Soleilki is somewhat limited, which may leave those seeking a more extensive range of grilled delicacies slightly disappointed. The curry udon was also swimming in grease which upon consumption, immediately unsettled the stomach. In conclusion, Soleilki Japanese Fusion Kitchen + Bar offers a dining experience worth exploring. The fusion of traditional and contemporary elements in its menu, coupled with the restaurant's commitment to quality, makes it a noteworthy addition to Edmonton's dining scene.Parking: Pay attention to paid parking hours

For all the hype we heard about Soleilki Japan Fusion, we traveled to try last night. The building had no parking but pay parking on Whyte Ave. The inside was very dark and appeared to be clean ,we were greeted and instructed to start the electric grill which didnt start when it should of, the sashimi was of the tiny proportions and might have been washed in vinegar or washed before serving it seemed funny but its me.Then the tempura was like armor over the veg. Some over cooked (df) their wasn't much for or any flavor the cones weren't too bad.Rolls lacked their own touch and sauces, and flavored rolls like peach were watered down. Sorry, but there wasn't much to like for me here for the premium price. Two thumbs down. Smiling staff!

Best time here with my date. Cute, friendly waitress and awesome food. Decent price.. and we were able to keep the remaining food ordered. Now that was the best part. Will definitely choose this restaurant over the other all you can eat restaurants A++

My girlfriend and I just happened to be walking by and decided to try the all you can eat. I was so impressed and happy. The sushi and fish was absolutely delicious. The servers were friendly and we even talked with the owner for a moment. We ate so much food we definitely got our moneys worth and then more. I read some of the reviews after eating and saw some of the bad reviews and I am surprised, because I didn’t have a bad experience at all. I definitely recommend this place.

My girlfriend and I had to wait for more than an hour for our all-you-can-eat order to arrive, only to be falsely told they had delivered all of it. An entire page of orders were ignored. We received 0 sushis. No cones, no Makis, no Nigiris. The waiter and the waitress saw my raised hand and ignored it. I can't recommend this place.Go to Watari if you look for an all-you-can-eat Japanese buffet.

Soleiki offers all-you-eat sushi and Japanese food, along with limited quantities of grilled meat and sashimi. The food was fresh and delicious, and the menu has about 100 different items to order, so there is something for everyone. As an all you can eat restaurant, the price isn't cheap (about $40/adult), but if you bring your appetite, you can easily get good value for the cost.

Love sushi so decided to come check this place out. When we got here you had to get the all you can eat sushi to eat in. That was surprising as we didn’t expect that but decided to eat in anyways. The all you can eat sushi is $38 so not a bad deal and good thing we were hungry. The fish was fresh, tender; the rolls were so good. Our favourite was the Green Dragon (if u like avocado, get this one). The mango one was weird; don’t recommend. We even tried the hot plate with steak and shrimp. The shrimp was so fresh and pretty large. The steak was ok. One piece was awesome, the other was grisly. Also had the tempura and it was also very good. Try the shrimp tempura. You won’t be disappointed. Service wasn’t bad. It was extremely busy so perhaps they were short staffed. Could have been better. All in all though, I recommend this place.

I would strongly recommend anyone to come to Soleilki. The food is super fresh and very tasty. There are so many choices to choose from. the atmosphere is nice, the staff was super friendly. They also have a grill at each table so if you order a steak you can bbq it yourself. There is also super helpful scissors so that you can cut the steak into bite size pieces
