booked weeks in advance to ensure i got the reservation and to take the stress off valentine’s day, worked in resturant industry for 8+ years and i know how horrible valentines is in the industry, to have it canceled the night before with no communication and now having to do the impossible at 11:04pm and find a dinner spot for me and my girlfriends first valentine’s day is not what i planned for, did a lot of research on the place and it absolutely seemed like the perfect spot to have a very important and hard to get reservation cancelled, will not be trying out this resturant after this experience and i don’t even know if i can get any reservations else where at this time due to it being literally night before

Always excellent food and service! We came to celebrate my best friend's 50th bday from TX. She loved it too. We even got a tiramisu! Was such a treat!

The restaurants atmosphere is warm and relaxed for an enjoyable meal. We had the lobster pasta and fish & shrimp dish last night and would recommend it. The lobster flavor and sauce on the pasta was delicious and the fish was tender with the nicely cooked garlic shrimp. The shrimp were to die for! A great night out.

Went to this fabulous restaurant last Friday with my boyfriend and cousin. The service was great. The food was made and cooked to perfection. Our servers was amazing at her job. I was the lady that wanted budwiser and settled for a Caesar instead. Thanks for the suggestion.

The food and service are always excellent at Sorrentino's West. The live music was wonderful but still quiet enough that conversation was possible even when close to the stage.

We went on a Thursday evening and enjoyed the live entertainment. They had a specialty menu with a variety of seafood and steak options. I had halibut with prawns, which was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals and service was great.
The food, drink, ambiance, and server, were excellent. However, when we were waiting at the front desk for some time without any acknowledgment, we spoke up to say “excuse me, we have a reservation for 6:00” The hostess was about to leave to get a machine for someone who was making a pick up order. I get it, she was busy, but we could have done without the snarky side eye and “yeah just a minute” The hostess sets the tone for the whole dining experience. Besides that, we will be back and would recommend to others.

I hate to leave these reviews- food was great, server messed up one of the meals and almost forgot to take the order of three people at our table. The worst part is that our server Bella neglected to mention the auto gratuity on the bill, so we tipped on top. Would be important to remind people that tip is included. Left a really bad taste after the service was already not great.
Edit: the manager was incredibly prompt and diligent about addressing this issue. Leadership is clearly committed to the ensuring issues are addressed and I believe this was perhaps a one off bad experience.
