Disappointing. Ordered chicken korma and it was lacking depth, flavour and spice. The chicken was very trender but I order korma for the flavour. Also Palak paneer....it was watery and flavorless as well. It tastes like defrosted frozen spinach that wasn't drained properly and didn't have anything else. The reviews have me high hopes but was severely underwhelming. The naan was good though!

The food is not bad, the owner seems very nice, but the quantity is so little, I bought butter chicken, the size of the container was actually big, filled with the sauce, but inside were exactly 5 very small chicken pieces, not worth the price.

So had a good experience at the New Spice Grill. Good people, good food and best part is met someone else from my hometown in northern India. Will be back again when I visit Edmonton again to try their noodles and Momo. Oh and I got a 10% discount for staying in the neighbourhood. ?
