Great ambiance, great food and great drinks. There is a great vibe when you come. This coffee bar is attached to Italian Centre we came for lunch and really enjoyed our pizza and panini’s. Part of the coffee shop and Italian store is a fantastic bakery. My wife and I along with our son and parents really loved the he coffee shop. There is difficulty finding a parking spot but when you do you won’t be disappointed. We will return again

I came here for a coffee and a sandwich with one of my brothers. The coffee was okay and the sandwich was fine. The service, as always, was prompt, polite, and friendly.

I have a couple complaints with the food and coffee, though. I had just a plain coffee, nothing fancy. The coffee was fine. Hot, fresh, tasty. That being said I think I could have had at least as good a coffee if I'd stayed home. Likewise the sandwich was fine, but nothing I'd go out of my way for.

The main reason I'm disappointed is this. I would think a coffee shop like Spinelli's would do better in the coffee department. Lord knows I've had better coffee at other local coffee shops.

Spinelli Bar Italia is a cafe that is attached to the Italian Centre north of downtown Edmonton. They have super java and pastry offerings. But...they have the best pizza in the city...nobody seems to know this. Thin floppy crust cooked Italian style with all the fresh ingredients.

The service is great...hit or miss. Some days it's very cold but others friendly.

The space is bustling and is usually packed full with people in an open cafe space.

Came in with mom for dine in.
Was craving for pizza so decided to try it out here. It was our first time.
Chef, Alessandro was very kind and helpful to me when I asked him about pizza suggestions based on my dietary needs.
We ordered Four cheese mushroom and vegetarian pizza.
Served hot and fresh, both pizzas had unique flavour. It was delightful to eat here!
Staff were friendly and polite.
The place wasn’t busy at all so it was good to sit down quietly and enjoy our food.

Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options to choose from. There is always a choice to substitute chicken or meat.

Parking: Italian centre is in the plaza so tons of free parking in the plaza.

Kid-friendliness: Great choices for kids to choose from. They have great variety of sandwiches on their menu.

Good stuff, good staff! It gets quite busy but it's nice and quiet on the patio if you don't like all the hustle and bustle before you've had your morning coffee

Was there about 2 pm, Aug 17. Staff couldn't get order right, regardless of how many times it was repeated.
Have been to this location a few times and generally enjoyed it; but when staff can't get it right and then argue with you about it, kinda ruins the experience.

Worst Customer Experience Ever

I along with my friends went to this place today to enjoy the coffee and desserts.
We went there 10-15mints before the store was about to close (which is 9 pm)
We ordered and before leaving added honey and sugar to our coffee. So during that time one of the serving persons came to that station and started sorting out that place. However, she was picking up all the items that we were using very rudely. For example: when my friend finished using the honey she immediately grabbed that and put that into its place same happened with other things we were using. When she was keeping it making a loud sound as if someone was annoyed while doing something. Was not giving us time to use the things. The worst thing happened when she started wiping the station and throwing the empty packet or whatever on the table just where we were still standing. It was very disrespectful.
I immediately came out and checked the time and it was 9.02 pm which means we were two minutes over time.
I felt that they did not respect their customer.
