One of the best places for cakes! Really love it.
The Italian centre is my place to go if I want something from home, especially now with Christmas around the corner. We always get the Sandwiches (hot & mild) and a tiramisu is a must. Today we had dinner there and ordered pizza the prosciutto was delicious and surprisingly loaded, fresh ingredients and hot. The staff were very friendly

Literally all of the "fresh" bread expires within 2-4 days off the shelf. They have low food quality standards.
For an Italian shop, they definitely showcase the true laziness of real Italians with their store and shelf management.
If you shop here, just stop. Not only are their food standards worse than McDonalds, their bakery staff are as disrespectful as ever imaginable.
Don't think I've ever seen such a horrible store that buys comments for Google reviews.
I'm a regular customer at the south location but I went to the westend side couple days ago ,I had an incident at the deli station and the lady was super rude and she not knowledgeable and starts to ask me what do you mean by sharp cheese ! and what shock me that I sent an email to the store manger which called Lorie and she ignore me ! Actually will never go back there as they are not respecting their customer.
Great shop with plenty of options that are harder to find elsewhere.
We go hangout there every time we’re in Edmonton, I just love these places!
