Their Buy 1 Get 1 free offer on Uber Eats did not work and charged me double but still did not provide any food. Not even after I went there personally to ask to fix the mistake. Never going back.

First time ordering from this location and while the food was fresh, it was also quite bland.I love poke bowls and have had them from many different establishments, most located in Ontario where I'm originally from.Reasons I'm giving my order 3 stars:- The avocado was quite mushy and not what I'd consider overly fresh. I don't know if it's pre-frozen but to me, the quality of it was not worth the $3+ add in cost. I actually took it out of the bowl and didn't eat it.- My mixer was sriracha mayo but there was absolutely no spice. I don't know if maybe they forgot but I was glad to have included jalapenos because without those, this would have had zero heat whatsoever.- I've never had shrimp in a poke bowl that was just.. shrimp. Normally it's tempura shrimp. The shrimp wasn't bad and it didn't state tempura shrimp on the menu so not docking a point for this but was somewhat surprised.- Added cilantro to my order and it wasn't diced or cut very much so there were multiple 3-4" stems with leaves of cilantro throughout, which isn't the most enjoyable to eat and it certainly doesn't disperse the flavour throughout the bowl.- No idea what the Splash Aioli is supposed to taste like because, again, the entire thing was kind of bland and I couldn't pick out any distinct flavour in the sauce.Positives:- The salmon was fresh and the shrimp was fresh.- The order was ready quickly.- The seaweed salad was quite good.- Decent ratio of rice to toppings.It was a decent deal because of their 2 for 1 special but even with that factored in, I don't know if I'll order again.

I have been ordering from other locations because I live in South Sherwood park so it's hard to get delivery here with certain businesses. I just wanted to say thank you to the team here and all their hard work. I will do my best to support the South end location and this business in general. I’ve been ordering from Splash Poké for years, and absolutely love the food. The workers are always kind and my food always tastes wonderful! It’s great to be able to order a build your own meal with many options, and they’ve added multiple options over the years like mochi waffles and Poké donuts.If I could offer a suggestion, my past few orders have been underfilled in comparison to the many other orders I’ve made since 2020. I would love for your team to go back to the great portions I’m used to ?Dietary restrictions: I have multiple food intolerances and the build your own options are awesome! I order my meals without sauce and never have any issues.

Really really good and healthy food.The place need more chairs and better seat planning.Edit 2023: over the past few years, the prices of the poke bowls has increase to a ridiculous amount. It has increase by over 60% over the past 2 years. While charging higher prices, the portions of the poke bowl has also reduced by half.Feels like corporate greed to me.

Splash Poke was one of the first poke restaurants to arrive in Edmonton many years ago. Their franchise is still here and it's one of our go tos for fusion fast food poke offerings. It's a clean space and their food is very fresh. Service is average.4 x ????
