Great food here but the lady's working there just have no clue about things most days. I've been here on multiple occasions seen other people also come in trying to pick up orders etc. Is like they have no idea what there doing you have to repeat the same thing over and over to get through to them.

The poke bowl was very salty, I wouldn't recommend getting base sauce, just the mix-in sauce would be enough. The lady who was helping me was kind of rude when I walked in 20 minutes before closing she made a big sign and kept rushing me when I picking what to get.

We went for late lunch today The place is very welcoming. I ordered 2 poke bowl with salmon only lady who helped us was very nice and polite but extremely stingy when scooping out protein Little tiny scoop with 4-5 pieces of salmon in a scoop, so I end up asking for another scoop of protein for $5 Otherwise everything else was good Very nice and fresh tasting.

Ordered The Works - the toppings were drenched in sauces, the vermicelli was swimming in water. Edible, not totally enjoyable. Still giving a four out of five as our Poke bowl experiences are limited to Victoria, Tofino, Nanaimo and Parksville BC - so maybe it is just us that thinks it was over sauced

I really like their works bowl! The balance of textures and flavors is spot on. The staff is friendly, particularly the woman with short hair who accommodated me. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely go back again!
