This week I went to this restaurant, the food was very good. Unfortunately, while I was packing my food away, I found a piece of clear plastic in my Pho. It looked similar to a piece of onion so it could have been very dangerous if I didn’t see it and I could have choked on it. I went with my group to the front to pay and we told the staff member about this. She apologized, but while giving the apology she said it could happen while opening packages near the soup, which just seems like an excuse. I was hoping for some compensation because finding a piece of plastic in my food could have caused a bigger issue as I mentioned above.

Food: mediocre.
Pork vermicelli bowl #35 was served on a plate (unusual). Crispy meat, but not much flavour. Glass of water was served with lime wedge. Condiments plate on table was filthy. Service was not great, but food came out fast.

Restaurant was really cold in winter, wore my jacket, and food cooled off right away. Would be nice in the summer. Lots of windows.

Overall, you get what you pay for. Save your money and go to Pagolac instead.

Today, because of the cold weather, we stopped by Springroll kitchen to have some Vietnamese dish.

The food is amazing, we tried their special pho and bun bo hue which are very delicious. Not to mention they have really amazing rice with grilled pork chop as well.

The employees were very kind and friendly especially the lady owne, the old man and the young lady

We would recommend people to stop by for a quick vietnamese food if you are nearby century park station

Wonderful food. I ordered take out and they called me back 5 minutes later stating their forgot to add my green onion cakes. I went back and they gave me a free bag of spring rolls for the hassel. The mother and daughter were so kind an apologetic...but the food was absolutely incredible. Best pho I've had in the city by far. Thank you for the great service!

Unfortunately I cannot give Spring Roll Kitchen a good review. I order the vermicelli with pork, and the pork was quite chewy and over cooked. The vegetables seem to be less than fresh. Other than the food, the restaurant itself was quite warm, and the floor was filthy. I have also ordered take out from this location and that was better. Would recommend against dining in.

I am a frequenter of pho restaurants around the city and have been to over 20 places in Edmonton that serve pho, this experience was so bad I felt the need to review it. Do not come here.

Went to Spring roll Kitchen experience 10/07/24 was so bad I left without paying. Note I did not eat the food. First the server was an old man who didn't understand English, so he couldn't take my order (Pho special no bean sprouts extra green onion and hot water) and didn't understand a thing I said. He was also rude that I wanted slight modifications. There was also no one there during peak dinner time (6:43 pm). Then, they brought out the lady who did understand English after a while but I don't know why they didn't have her waiting tables it's not like she couldn't leave the kitchen because no one is there. Plus the old man should be retired. Then the lady manager fought with a Doordash driver saying they couldn't fix a mistake they made with a customer. I order the special pho, and it didn't have all the cuts of meat in it: no tendon, brisket, flank, or steak it was just meatball, tripe bits, and fatty flank. Other Google reviews confirm this is not the first time they tried to scam people. Because of previous reviews I inspected my food before eating it. I'm glad I did. The staff wanted to inspect it in the kitchen, I made the manager come out to inspect it infront of me so they can't mess with the order. I offer to eat the food at a discounted price otherwise it would be a waste. Then they insist on cook a new one, so I let them take it to the back. I searched for a new place to go and just dipped, couldn't trust they wouldn't spit in my food or something to retaliate against me. Went to Pho Than great experience after that.

I know the staff check the reviews, I don't want your apology or anything just close your restaurant if you can't serve people proper food as stated on the menu.

I saw a post about this place on FB so I gave it a try. After trying their dishes (Bun Cha Ca, Bun rieu cua, 4 colour vermicelli, calamari...) , I was happy I came. The food came with a huge portion, great quality and authentic taste. Staff were very friendly and the high ceiling gave you great atmosphere, not so cramp like the other restaurants.

I saw the restaurant in a group and decided to take my family in a day off. We didn't expect much but everything was thousands of times over our imagination. We enjoyed the special noodles that came from Hai Phong, Viet Nam. If you thrived for a northern VN cuisine, this is a must go place and you will never be disappointed with your determination.
