I’ve been a longtime patron of this restaurant, and I’m sad to see the quality of the food decline over time. Not only that, the amount of food you get / portion sizes decreased by almost half even with the price increase. Before, I would be feeling full and always have leftovers. But now, I finish the plate still feel hungry. I used to ordered from here once a week, but now I’ve switched to Miss Saigon which is another Vietnamese restaurant that gives hefty servings and excellent quality food.

This place is an underrated gem. Wandered in while we were waiting for an appointment, and we were very impressed with the decor. The service is first-rate and the food isn't too expensive. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and a couple of banh mi subs. The subs were so good that we ordered more to take home for later.

we ordered pho and it has hair, we told the lady (don’t know if she’s the owner) and she only told us that - that’s not a hair. and didn’t even bother to change it or even sorry, instead the lady act mad while talking. we didn’t eat the pho and it’s very full only one bite less cause we saw the hair after that. will never go back here. they even serve food their fingers on the soup. and not even wearing gloves. won’t recommend it to anyone.

Quick and delicious Vietnamese cuisine. Ordered the onion cake, spring rolls, crispy squid and crispy shrimp appetizers to sample. Good size portions - the 2 of us shared and had left overs! Lovely atmosphere, bright clean space. The wall mural is amazing.

Worst place to go !!! So rude to talk ! My wife was pregnant and wanted to use washroom, the lady made me to buy something to use the washroom. I was seeing racism clearly in their eyes . Worst place , so bad bad bad .one lady can do such a thing to another lady forsale . Worst thing i saw today in this restaurant.

I love this restaurant, I have been coming here for years! The pho and spring rolls are delicious 🍜. Reasonable prices and very quick service. The lady and gentleman that run the restaurant are very sweet.
Very reasonably priced Pho, and DELICIOUS. I am gluten free and have never gotten sick here. Amazing 10/10 service and food. I strongly recommend the no.11!!!!

When food is so expensive and leaves me disappointed most of the time I love the vermicelli here.
The service is what you expect from an Asian family run place so don’t expect service like at a chain restaurant, but that’s not the point.

Weird service, server's voice can hardly hear her. Food was bland, and peanut sauce for salad rolls was the worst I've ever had (watered down). Glasses of water were lukewarm, couldn't drink. Elderly man that brought out the food picked up the peanut sauce that my wife had moved to end of table and put it back in front of her, so she moved it back saying she can't eat it and he took it away (I was going to use it) without a word, so had to ask for it back from our server. It's been an hour since we ate there and I don't feel well. I have eaten at Vietnamese restaurants across western Canada for 50 years and this was the least enjoyable ever. Oh well.
