Love this gem of a coffee place. It use to be a Greek Restaurant a number of years ago when I was young. From what I understand, they’ve been there for about 7 years.This place from the moment you walk in feels like home. From the lighting to the seating. Reminds me of a mountain coffee place we go to in Canmore.Great crowd. Family friendly. Great seating from comfy couches and wing back chairs to regular tables and community table, and even an outdoor space with seating. There’s something for everyone. Very comfy indeed. Can get very busy so if you’re in a hurry you’re out of luck. We counted a line up of 25 people at one point. Lots of space though. We had a couple lattes and some treats. I would highly recommend this neighborhood hidden gem of a coffee stop. Very good hours as well. Two thumbs up ? ?Kid-friendliness: This is in a neighborhood across from school. Lots of parents with their kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat parking lot with lots of space. No stairs at entrance, or seating area. Plenty of space to roll.
One of the few coffee places I enjoy visiting. Sometimes it is very busy as people work on their laptops with tea or water for hours...The prices are a bit higher than in other similar places.Overall, a good place to stop while having a king walk.

There are many reasons why Square One Coffee is one of the busiest cafes. Their coffee, fresh bakery items, artisan gifts, and of course location. Their covered outdoor patio is nice to get away from the noisy conversations weather pending.

Has no handicap parking in the front. Should really consider adding as it's hard to come here without parking far away.

It was very crowded, but a very nice and warm atmosphere for having a drink. I will definitely go there again. If you really need a warm coffee, you should ask them to make it extra hot !
