First the food was just absolutely disgusting. Went there for the breakfast buffet and the eggs were overcooked and rubbery. The bacon and sausage belongs in the trash and the cream instantly curdled in the coffee. When we informed the wait staff they said “the cream is good until November 5”. It’s at best an average breakfast one can get at any cheap hotel across Alberta except I’ve had ones there that tasted much better. My partner was sick all day after eating there. Do not eat there, A&W makes a better breakfast for a lot less.

My husband and I went for brunch and had a great time! The food was fresh and tasty. Even better was our server Eta. She was super friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

For a hotel restaurant the food is pretty good and decently priced. I had the chicken parmesan which is served with a spaghetti olio peperoncino. The chicken was nicely cooked with what seemed like pizza mozzarella over the top which was nicely melted.
The spaghetti looked bland but had a nice peppery flavour. The pasta might have been slightly overcooked but it was pretty good.
The service on refilling drinks was a bit slow but was otherwise quite good.

Very nice server overall. I did have issues trying to use Dinner Theatre gift cards. The manager did his best to seek a solution but was unable to do so at that time. I hope it is solved for a future visit so that I can use the gift cards. It was a nice, quiet place, and the family enjoyed the food.
Nice hotel bar - restaurant. Not a leather selection of dinner options but all the bases are covered. It was a great place for a traveler to watch the final game of the Stanley Cup.

Nestled within the bustling lobby of a well-appointed hotel, the restaurant presents an inviting ambiance that seamlessly blends casual comfort with refined elegance. I opted for the Alberta Beef Burger accompanied by a fresh salad, and was pleasantly surprised by the swift and efficient service. The burger itself was a flavorful delight, with juicy, well-seasoned beef perfectly complemented by crisp, garden-fresh vegetables in the salad. However, the limited selection of nonalcoholic beverages was a noticeable drawback, particularly for guests seeking a wider variety of drink options to accompany their meal. Despite this, the overall dining experience was satisfactory, with the quality of the food making it a worthwhile visit.

We ate quite late, after getting back from the hockey game, and they were understaffed but did their best with the unexpected crowd. The kitchen also stayed late to accommodate the late orders coming in.
Food was excellent! Seating was comfortable. Ambience was nice. Servers are so wonderful! Took excellent care and checked in on single diners for their comfort. Worth the money and tip!
The staff were wonderful and very generous!

Can’t recommend this place enough! Went here with my sisters and we couldn’t believe the quality of service. My sister has allergies to sulfites and the manager and chef personally came to our table to talk with her to make sure she got a meal that was safe and she could enjoy. The chef even came back to do a quality check once we started eating. Our server Tea gave us stellar service and was very attentive & friendly. The food was amazing from presentation to taste. Everything was delicious. If I could give a higher rating I would. All the staff we interacted with is wonderful. Shout out to server Julie(Yulitza) too. You definitely should check this restaurant/lounge out.

The Stages restaurant has a very nice up scale look about it. We had very good service. The menu was the luncheon menu so we didn't have the dinner menu. Our steaks were very delicious however.
Great service and food. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay
wanted to brag about eating here, but the truth is I’m not from Alberta I’m not used to eating raw meat. Today I had to tell the bartender to tell the cooks it’s okay to cook my meat a little longer. I’m not rushing them. But for 3 days every thing I ate was under cooked ? I ain’t trying to catch a tapeworm and for 3 days and 3 meals I had to send my food back to be cooked longer. It looks fancy but they rush their food here. If you’re from Alberta and can eat raw meat I’m sure it’s a good place. But I’m not from Alberta and I don’t eat raw meat. Even for breakfast I tell the waitress I want over hard eggs no slimey eggs. Tomorrow is last chance I hope they get it right. Looks great but the meat is always under cooked. I’m sure if you’re from here it’s great but I’m not from here. Ask for medium well and get rare 20 seconds away from being blue
