Sat and waited 15 min for a waiter to get a drink finally went and got my own. My waiter kept walking past me ignored me I tired to flag him down no luck i just wanted to watch the game and have a beer the male waiter needs to find a different job. And I sat right in front to bar there’s no way he didn’t see me lol

Very disappointed no Mother's Day flower or glass of champagne nothing special for mother. The food was only warm should had have omelette bar to have hot eggs. I ask for toast they got me 3 slices of wean dry bread the girls said it was toast twice and it was the best she could do . So don't waste your money .

It was a great place for a business briefing and watching the hockey Game. The lady management could use some customer service adequacy and learn to be nice.

Our server, I believe his name was Neil, was outstanding. I would have hired him on the spot for my business.

Went to a birthday celebration here on St. Patrick's Day. Had the beef stew in an edible sourdough bowl. The meal was exquisite. The sourdough was just the right amount of crispy on outside and soft on the inside. The beef stew didn't lack protein, the meat was tender and the spices were perfect. Looking forward to going back.

Had buffet breakfast 3 days here while staying at Doubletree. Very pleased- excellent coffee, great selection, food was hot and clearly freshly prepared. The smoked salmon was a really welcome option too! Highly recommend. Our server was Sharon and she was super friendly and attentive. Would readily come again and recommend to anyone.

Fixed menu for Valentine's Day event. Waiting for food the wait staff seemed very confused about which table ordered what Dish. I watched our food visit several tables before I flagged down the waiter and let him know it was ours.

My Beef Carpaccio was excellent, however, my main, Duck Confit was so salty it was near inedible. No one came by our table to take a drink order.

The restaurant didn't seem ready to hold a $100 per plate special event.

There was a pianist and later a vocalist performance, they were nice to listen too, while not being too loud or intrusive.

Food was very good with the exception of the lobster mashed potatoes... I didn't think it paired well with the chateaubriand and were gummy in texture.... Service was where there was a real lacking with limited service and no refill on my beverage. The restaurant was quite full and I don't believe they had enough servers for the amount of guests.

First the food was just absolutely disgusting. Went there for the breakfast buffet and the eggs were overcooked and rubbery. The bacon and sausage belongs in the trash and the cream instantly curdled in the coffee. When we informed the wait staff they said “the cream is good until November 5”. It’s at best an average breakfast one can get at any cheap hotel across Alberta except I’ve had ones there that tasted much better. My partner was sick all day after eating there. Do not eat there, A&W makes a better breakfast for a lot less.

For a hotel restaurant the food is pretty good and decently priced. I had the chicken parmesan which is served with a spaghetti olio peperoncino. The chicken was nicely cooked with what seemed like pizza mozzarella over the top which was nicely melted.

The spaghetti looked bland but had a nice peppery flavour. The pasta might have been slightly overcooked but it was pretty good.

The service on refilling drinks was a bit slow but was otherwise quite good.
