I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this location on Nov 23 around noon. I ordered a customized venti Iced Protein Matcha with strawberry cold foam and soy milk. What I initially received was a grande — visually correct, with a nice layer of red cold foam on top and green matcha below. When I pointed out the size issue, the barista took the drink back and returned almost immediately with a “venti.”
It was obvious the drink hadn’t been remade. The new cup held a pale, watered-down, muddy-green drink with no separation of foam and matcha at all — because the original drink had simply been dumped into a larger cup and topped with soy milk. The strawberry cold foam I paid extra for was gone entirely. The matcha flavor was barely detectable.
For a premium-priced (9 dollars) beverage, this is unacceptable. If a mistake is made, the drink should be remade properly — not diluted and downgraded. This experience reflects poorly on quality standards and respect for customers. I expect much better from Starbucks.

Visited the Starbucks at Upper Windermere for the first time, just before closing time, and was pleasantly surprised. Despite the late hour, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Their friendly attitude and professionalism added an extra layer of satisfaction on top of the usual great Starbucks experience. It wasn’t just the coffee that hit the spot—the warm service made it even better. Definitely a place I’d return to!

Questionable food safety handling practices. My husband ordered a Ham and Swiss Baguette for me on Sep 17. Opened the bag as soon as he got home and the bread had moldy spots.

Great experience as always. The baristas were very accommodating with our drink specifications especially for our son's special frappuccino (see picture). The store was clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly as well. The new pecan flavor was understated but delicious. Definitely one of our favorite Starbucks stores to visit.

I just wanted to share an amazing experience I had with Jesse this morning at Starbucks. Today is my daughter's 19th birthday, I am not usually a Starbucks person as I cannot justify the prices. Not only did Jesse take the time to explain what 19 year old girls drink now a days, he was attentive and very kind. Having this type of experience at what I think is a very over priced place made it worth it. Thanks again Jesse, you were fabulous and made my morning!

Worst Starbucks ever.I ordered a venti cup and gave me a grande, I asked them to get the venti cup for me, the employees sound like they don’t want to do anything for you and you’re not welcome to come in. They even rolled their eyes at me. Last time I ordered the same thing on a Starbucks cross the street, gave me the full cup. This store just gave me this much and more ice and I asked the reason for a several times, the employees don’t even reply!!! They literally just ignored what you were saying!!! This is my first review on google map just so you guys know this Starbucks is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been!!! And I drew a line just so you know where they fill the cup at.

I was dining in and tipped for my drink, and my drink came out pretty fast. An hour later, I needed to grab a drink to go for my friend, which from my understand tipping is usually not needed for a to go order. They took over 15 minutes to make my drink, could have been 20 minutes. Tipping culture is crazy, makes everything awkward. I recommend drive thru, to avoid interacting with their employees.
