My “home Starbucks” is in Albany … I typically go about three times a day. I order the same drinks everytime, not much too them expect a little extra with the mixing . Because I hate when the flavouring sits at the bottom . Now when I have to go to a different one, I say it the exact same way I always have … I do apologize even for being a little particular. Now as I was ordering the second drink at this location, another worker hopped on the intercom & started giving attitude about me asking to get my drink mixed loll by the end of the short interaction with whoever, she told me she wouldn’t serve my order. Not a problem so I went to the other Starbucks down the street ( went last night at 8:57 pm, which they still took my same order and were super friendly ) and again this morning. They didn’t seem to have an issue making it as I requested. I used to work in the industry & I understand some customers can be “a little much” or if someone is in a rush & starting to catch a tone… but that’s just what you sometimes have to deal with in working with the public…
Just because you didn’t want to take the extra little time to mix the coffee, there’s no need to be rude about it.

Why does it take 25 mins to get a a singular coffee at 11:30 am? Get better people on drive through. Or fire the people you have now. Cuz that way insane. Made me late to work, and then charge $8 for a coffee. The coffee is amazing don’t get me wrong. Just personally for a 25 min wait someone better be tipping me.

Every time I go to this Starbucks, the staff is very kind and often makes my day brighter. I would go on weekday mornings and it takes no time at all! They are very quick!
