Starbucks

This is by far the most difficult location. My order is never right, the whipped cream here turns to a jelly substance, only half the staff are friendly. It sucks that it’s the closest location to my home, but I will not be returning to this one.

I was in drive thru offered to pay extra to split my drink and for the whipped cream and kept getting reminded of a policy sorry my 4&5 year old don’t need full talls and was willing to pay extra. Have never heard of any such policy as I go to starbs on the regular will not be returning to said location. I don’t need attitude or to be treated any type of way for asking to pay for my custom order. Sorry it’s policy. Can’t do that it’s policy can’t sell you whipped cream it’s policy lol way too serious it’s quite sad lol who hurt this brown noser. Also noting at another Starbucks right now and they did it for me 5 star for them. And their great customer service would post a review for them but don’t want this girl to remind everyone of POLICYYYYYY

I ordered Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew.
This is what I got and I went inside to make it again. They did exactly same as the first drink and told me somtimes cream melt quickly. I don't think he doesn't know how to make the cream right. Usually they make a good coffee but not today. Such a disappointment 😞

Amanda is an awesome barista who is always friendly, helpful, and excellent in the drive through. I can’t say enough good things about her customer service ✨??.
Angelica is also an amazing barista that handled pressure in the drive thru well a day ago when they were short staffed. She had a trainee in the drive thru who made many mistakes but Angelica was quick to make my order right and handled herself in a calm, kind and professional manner ??
I have to strongly disagree with the negative reviews posted and think those people must be entitled, rude customers/ people to begin with. Service workers deal with a lot and being kind goes a long way. I Highly recommend this Starbucks. They have hundreds of regulars that have been going for years and love it!

Just went through drive through and had the worst service? Ordered a vente Carmel Mac and received a light Carmel drink and when I tasted it yuck
She stated there is coffee in it and so she took it a put another shot made it worse ! Fir the money you pay for drinks this is unacceptable

Its our first time to visit this starbucks and staff are not nice. They took out order without reminfing us they are closing soon. By the time we sat down and quickly finishing what we are eating when a lady ( with a mole on her upper lip) approached us that we need to go . It was from the Manager’s or Supervisor’s instruction ( white man ) Imagine having a child with us they didn’t even let us stay for few minutes to at least finished what we are eating! A very bad experience here so inconsiderate staff!!
