I always go to this Starbucks. The staff have always been great, and this location seems to have the tastiest drinks.

Second time in a row I order a simple drink (caramel brûlée latte) and it’s wrong. It’s pretty bad I have to check my drink before leaving the area (after using the drive thru) to make sure it’s right. Then I have to go in a have it replaced. Tonight I went in, she even asked me to repeat my order because she didn’t ring it in, handed me a drink and it’s wrong. I bring it back in they replace it and “up size” it. Except when it’s only 3/4 full it’s not an up size it’s my drink with more whip cream. Then they give me a $4 off coupon, like that’s suppose to make it better. You know what would make it better, just getting the drink I ordered right the first time. I want to actually get what I am paying for and not trash.

Very disappointing as the CS forgot to write down my daughter’s name and I had to wait for 20 minutes just to get her order. After telling 2 associates, their supervisor came to me and helped me out.

This is the location I usually go to. I go to the drive through. Over the last few months they keep getting my order wrong. Today a pumpkin spice Latte that had no whip and was only half full. I've had flat whites that tasted like there was almost no expresso, no Lactaid dispite ordering it, orders completely wrong getting drinks not even close to what I ordered. I Love Starbucks but I may have to go to a new Starbucks location.

Ordered my usual (Matcha Latte) thru the mobile app and picked up at the drive thru. When I took a sip, I felt a chunk of the matcha - they were not mixed in properly. This is the first and last time I’ll be ordering at this location. As I kept drinking there would always be a small chunk coming out so I threw out the rest and lo and behold - see pics!! Please mix/blend your ingredients properly!!!! I have not had this problem with other sb locations.
This used to be my favorite starbucks ever and I don't know what happened, the last few months have been terrible! All my favorite staff are gone and have been replaced by rude, robots. The customer service is completely gone.

I order Chai tea latte there all the time. But since last few days they are always out of Chai and the new staff members don't understand the difference between Chai and Chai latte.

Went through the drive-thru. Drinks were ready quickly and the barista at the window helped me figure out how to use my mobile coupon for 50% off a drink. Drinks were fresh, hot, and delicious.
Parking: At least 20 available spots within a short walk to the store.

Visit May 14, 2024 11:45am. It was not what I expected from this store. I used to visit this place weekly because i work in the area so i kinda know how they are with customer. Upon arrival In DT I noticed that there’s no greetings anymore.. when i pullover nobody is in the window and i waited maybe 2-3 mins and finally a short plump with glasses ponytailed girl hand over my drink as i say hi she just closed the window.. no more smiles hi/hello.

We were there to order two drinks and banana bread. We ordered it on the app just because its easy to not mess up the order for the STAFF. The staff Rehan said please dont order on the app at the last min because it is ANNOYING for him. its the first time I have heard the word annoying from a barista or food service person. We spent 25$ on two drinks and a frozen reheated baked good. I think its the service that separates starbucks from rest of the coffee places. Please find another person to do this job, I dont think Rehan really needs this job which is very annoying for him. There are many people who are jobless amd looking for jobs. please hire them instead of Rehan. Hey Rehan if you reading this, please find another job which is not annoying for you.
