The orders are usually decent and nothing to complain about. My problem is that find the service poor at busy times and borderline rude staff as of writing this review. Please try harder or change drive thru staffing.

After 20 years of my business and going to this location 4 times per week since they opened. They refused to sell me a Christmas special eggnog latte because I do not have the app! Much appreciated. I have no desire to get my coffee from Starbucks moving forward.

This starbucks is usually my go-to location since it is in my neighborhood. Drinks are usually good, but had an encounter today with a rude, sassy barista. I walk in to pick up my mobile order and am immediately given a dirty and judgmental look by one of the female workers (didn’t catch a name.). I know my order is not ready yet so I stand off to the side and she condescendingly states “What are you here for.”. I say I’m picking up a mobile order and she then proceeds to give me a nasty look with an eyeroll and walks off. If it weren’t for her kind coworker who stepped in to tell me the tea for my order is currently brewing still, I would’ve given this place 1 star. I understand having a bad day or a bad morning, but it is no excuse whatsoever to be straight up rude to a paying customer.

Visited this Starbucks today November the 2nd. The lady who took my order was so disgusting. May be she was irritated to take the order like she pays for my order. Like no mindset to serve the customer. Starbucks orchards was so good . These people working here lack empathy. I will never go back here. Luckily there is second cup opened on the Ellerslie road and they are Canadian owned and much better.

I’m really disappointed with my order today. I asked for the Banana Protein Cream Matcha, and it looked absolutely disgusting — nothing like it’s supposed to. I also asked for an extra scoop of matcha, which they didn’t add, but they still charged me extra for it! For the price Starbucks charges, I expected better quality and attention to detail. Definitely not worth it this time.

Terrible. They don't carry the same milk options as the other starbucks. So SLOW. Over 20 minutes in a drive thru for nothing. Avoid.

Terrible customer service at this location. The worker named Iran at the drive-thru on Sep 28 clearly shouldn’t be working there. She had absolutely no understanding of what I was ordering, I had to repeat myself over and over again for a very simple drink, and she still didn’t get it right. On top of that, her attitude was awful — no greeting, no thank you, nothing. She just shoved the drink at me and that was it. Completely unacceptable.
Tanner was slaying on bar today, he’s a real one. Starbucks baristas don’t get enough credit and the lower reviews are pretty inaccurate reflections of the service I’ve always had at this location.

I find it odd how a customer is the one to greet you with kindness and tell you to have a good day, and you completely ignore them and choose to instead stare blankly. Usually it's good service, but the barista on drive-thru seems to dislike her job.
