I went to this Starbucks yesterday to pick up a coffee. I went there because I saw a Facebook post stating Starbucks will no longer up charge for plant based milk. The girl behind the counter stated, no, it starts tomorrow! Wow one day, if I was behind the counter I would have given it to me yesterday for free. It would have been a nice gesture to get back a customer. I boycott coffee shops that upcharge for non animal abuse products. I guess I'm still boycotting Starbucks for being cheap and not putting the customer first.

I arrived a bit early to work so thought I'd stop and grab something. I waited over 10 minutes for a London Fog while mobile order after mobile order piled up (I saw at least 8 waiting for pick up). They need to strike a better balance between mobile and in-person orders.

At first, I was worried of attending this location since I didn't want to have the same experience of others and have a cream cheese missing on my bagel and my life come to an end because of it... Nonetheless, I decided to give it a try and with high anxiety ordered an iced caramel machiato which one of the baristas made so good I almost married them. Love this starbucks! Such a vibe :)

I have travelled all over Canada and the United States including Mexico and have been to Starbucks at each place. When I say I have never had quality service like I have here is an understatement. I come to this Starbucks at least 3 times everyday. Avery and the team are top notch you can’t get any better. Thank you for making my experience pleasant because without coffee it would be hard to do my job. I always get greeted with such a warm welcome and my coffee tastes perfect. If I get any coffee anywhere else I feel like I’m cheating on my favourite baristas. You guys are perfection and deserve a raise. Keep it up
