Not good. They just freestyle your drink without asking you. They made my iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso with almost no brown sugar syrup.

Coffee is always great and services friendly but these last month ordering coffee at 6:20 in the morning nets me waiting 10 minutes just to get it. Service time has gone way down.

I was walking by and I had just finished drinking a fruit smoothie. I use a reusable glass straw for my frozen beverages. I kindly asked sales associate Nogl to rinse my straw for me so I could put it back in my bag. This guy looked me dead in the eye and told me he didnt have a sink. As I looked at the sink behind him I smiled and said okay, thank you. After spending thousands of dollars at Starbucks over the years I certainly expected a higher level of customer service then that; especially in a high end retail environment such as this location. I know my coffee purchases have started to include other shops lately due to starbucks declining quality. But to deny such a simple request for no reason and include a blatant lie about not having a sink now makes me intentionally not purchase coffee or other products from starbucks anymore. Theres 2 other non-franchise shops very close to that location where I will be buying coffee now. And I’m sure when I ask them to rinse my straw they will say yes and do it with a smile. You know, customer service.
