Very annoyed to discover this morning that after a year and a half of going to the Starbucks in Saveon in the mornings at 7 AM, they suddenly decided to change their hours and open at 8 instead. No warning. And clearly not updated on Google either. There's no other locations close by.

This is the worst location to get a Starbucks drink ,the employees don't have a clue or proper training. Very disappointed Stupid me why do I even bother going there !! ??
Randomly closed in the middle of the day (when they should be open) and sometimes close 30-40 min earlier then their store hours say. They put this little “closed :(“ sign up, if you aren’t going to be open when you should be, change your hours officially. Also their espresso machine is down so many times it’s almost comical.

I get a drink from Starbucks everyday, weather it’s from the small stores located in Safeway or save on, or weather it’s an actual Starbucks. The past 2 times I’ve been to this location, they make up some random charge for me to pay. Last time they were charging 1$ for sweet vanilla cold foam when I know it’s only 0.75 cents, when I told the barista she said that’s it’s always 1$. I told her it’s not 1$ anywhere else it’s .75 cents, but I said whatever and paid anyways. Now this last time I went in the sweet vanilla cold foam just so happened to be fixed at the correct price for .75 cents but they are now charging an extra .30 cents for a venti cup!?! I think it’s prettty ridiculous that save on Starbucks is making up random charges when any other Starbucks doesn’t have these prices. If im paying 8$ for a venti drink I shouldn’t have to be paying an extra .30 cents because Im ordering a venti cup! Definitely the last choice Starbucks I will be going to!

They have half the menu options of normal Starbucks restaurants, and the customer service is so poor it’s actually sad. You won’t receive a smile, or a have a good day from these employees. Seriously why work in customer service if you have none to give.

Lovely staff, always getting the job done quick and easy! Sometimes the hours are a bit inconsistent where the register will be closed without notice and that's a shame - other than that it's a starbucks close to college campus' and what else could you ask for?
