Terrible service came in yesterday and when I asked for a tray in the drive thru for my drinks he push my drink all the way into the tray causing it to fall while I’m holding it all over my dash and seats, and when I asked for napkins he left and never came back to the window and his coworker left aswell closing the window on me.

The staff are not very friendly and could work on being more welcoming and smiling toward customers. Starbucks always provides a dependable coffee experience… The aroma of freshly roasted beans welcomes you as soon as you step in and the baristas are friendly and attentive… I ordered a caramel macchiato and it was perfectly balanced with rich espresso and creamy milk… The breakfast sandwich was warm and satisfying and the croissant was flaky and buttery… There is a wide selection of hot and cold drinks from classic lattes and cappuccinos to refreshing cold brew and nitro on tap… The interior at this location is modern and comfortable with plenty of seating and free WiFi so you can work or relax… Despite being busy during the morning rush the line moves quickly and orders are accurate… The team keeps the store clean and tables are wiped down regularly… Prices are fair for the quality and there are always seasonal drinks and pastries to try… This shop is a great place to meet with friends or take a quick coffee break during the day…

I love the matrix hotel location stsrbux. Always kind staff. Always clean in there. Their iced latés are fabulous as well as their non coffee ice drinks. I love the starbux point system. Can get free drinks and merchandise.
