Got a caramel ribbon crunch, and doesn't taste the same as the usual i got from the other store. Staff are friendly, but only few smiles. Taste is bland and Not the right amount of whipped cream.

I’ve visited this location several times since it’s close to my workplace, but I’m consistently disappointed with my order. I usually get the salted caramel cold brew, but even when I request extra cold foam, the foam always ends up being too thin. For the same price I pay at other Starbucks locations, the quality just doesn’t seem up to par here. It feels like they rush through the order rather than preparing it properly.

The staff at this location are amazing. The amount of homeless addicts they deal with every morning is insanity. It's appalling that Starbucks doesn't have a security guard posted here considering how often the staff have to call police to deal with incidents. It affects the atmosphere of the store A LOT. Head office needs to pay attention...

I’m travelling for business and was in Starbucks bright and early. Caleb had a kind, pleasant vibe that instantly put me at ease, it made me feel well taken care of, as if all my worries disappear that moment I enjoyed my coffee at Starbucks. I noticed his interaction with other customers was the same, he was greeting people by name. He expressed thanks to one of his co workers in a positive manner. The music that was playing is an artist Anavitoria, it created a lovely atmosphere. My coffee was perfect!

I've been here a number of times for both breakfast and lunch and every time the staff has always been so cheerful and welcoming.
I'm a bit picky with how I order but they were very accommodating and patient and even got me to try something new (definitely recommend the brown sugar americano)
The store is definitely a bit on the old side but other than that seems to be pretty well maintained.
