This Starbucks really needs improvement. The place is dirty and should be cleaned more often to make it comfortable for customers. The staff are not very friendly and could work on being more welcoming and smiling toward customers. On the positive side, the drinks are not bad, but overall the experience could be much better with cleaner surroundings and friendlier service.

Starbucks always provides a dependable coffee experience… The aroma of freshly roasted beans welcomes you as soon as you step in and the baristas are friendly and attentive… I ordered a caramel macchiato and it was perfectly balanced with rich espresso and creamy milk… The breakfast sandwich was warm and satisfying and the croissant was flaky and buttery… There is a wide selection of hot and cold drinks from classic lattes and cappuccinos to refreshing cold brew and nitro on tap… The interior at this location is modern and comfortable with plenty of seating and free WiFi so you can work or relax… Despite being busy during the morning rush the line moves quickly and orders are accurate… The team keeps the store clean and tables are wiped down regularly… Prices are fair for the quality and there are always seasonal drinks and pastries to try… This shop is a great place to meet with friends or take a quick coffee break during the day…

I love the matrix hotel location stsrbux. Always kind staff. Always clean in there. Their iced latés are fabulous as well as their non coffee ice drinks. I love the starbux point system. Can get free drinks and merchandise.
