This place refused to serve customers who were paying for their drinks. Their employees views should be looked at better before hiring anyone. Starbucks is garbage and so are the people working here

When you you refuse a paying customer due to her helping a homeless person and than asking them to leave and refusing service even tho the customer was wanting and willing to pay for the order. You should really be ashamed of yourself and should really educate your staff about proper customer service and possibly maybe manners, not to judge, not to discriminate. You know the basic things for a human being yo act on. Do better!

Was on a lovely walk and decided on a cup of coffee with my small dog. No dogs allowed in Oliver Starbucks? Really? Staples across the parking lot allows dogs which is why I had him as I was walking to pick up a package. I just wanted in and out, I would figure out a way to incorporate a dog window or something as this area is very dog friendly. I saw a gentlemen tying his dog up while he ordered.

I ordered honey citrus mint tea and it tastes awful. You can’t even taste the honey and tea, they just gave me lemon water. This location has gone down through the years. Never coming back.

Had to give one star just to give a review do not recommend this star bucks they do not treat their costumers with respect as long as a costumer is paying they should be served not here a homeless man was getting his coffee paid for they would not serve the lady instead totally embarrassed the man this place is full of judgement do not recommend .

A bit disappointed in my service today. Started great as I was greeted by a friendly
Hello from the POS partner. However, the partner operating cold was very slow and then stopped making my drinks because her coworker felt it was necessary to show her something on his phone. He did this twice in the time she was making my drinks. As a result she stopped twice doing what she was doing (making my drinks) to engage with whatever was on his phone which clearly was much more important than supporting his fellow partner having quality customer service. I’ll be back bc it’s convenient but I sure hope there are some changes made! Also, what was even written on my cup?

Not sure why this very busy location is always understaffed. Give your employees more hours!! Feels like a greedy corporate policy that only serves to make the customer experience worse. I’m sure the baristas are trying their best.
