I'm not normally a Starbucks guy but I come here at times with friends when we're doing stuff in Oliver Square. I find this location to be really excellent. Quality staff who really know how to make a proper coffee. A huge upgrade from the clueless college kids who just press a button on the dispenser at far too many coffee joints nowadays. These guys will do it right and with great presentation. Great location and nice interior. Roomy counter but limited seating. In the Summer they have a small outdoor seating area. The refills are free on your coffee while you're on site, which I had no clue about until this place. They went out of their way to tell us this which was above and beyond. It's good strong coffee so we don't take advantage of it often but it's sure a nice deal! Little desserts available as well. My only complaint would be the small size and lack of seating. We've had to physically stand to drink our coffee more than once. Anyway for what it's worth it's my fave Starbucks location in town. Keep up the good work!

I ordered via mobile at 623am and it said 5-8 mins. I arrived at 630 and my drink wasn't started. A lady arrived after I did, and ordered at the till, her drink was made before mine. I then observed an iced drink having 4 pumps of syrup and I asked if that was mine and she said yes. I corrected her that it was 2 pumps via the order and she then looked at the sticker and dumped it out. My order was finally done at 639am. For reference I ordered an iced pecan oat latte. There was no one in the store when I arrived waiting for their order. I would advise the workers read the order label and make drinks in order they were ordered. Not very impressed with this location.

So I was going to use the bathroom and got stopped by an employee there! So apparently you have to order first before peeing? Or do they do profiling now because I am person of color! Ohh it also happened in national truth and reconciliation day!

This place refused to serve customers who were paying for their drinks. Their employees views should be looked at better before hiring anyone. Starbucks is garbage and so are the people working here

When you you refuse a paying customer due to her helping a homeless person and than asking them to leave and refusing service even tho the customer was wanting and willing to pay for the order. You should really be ashamed of yourself and should really educate your staff about proper customer service and possibly maybe manners, not to judge, not to discriminate. You know the basic things for a human being yo act on. Do better!

Was on a lovely walk and decided on a cup of coffee with my small dog. No dogs allowed in Oliver Starbucks? Really? Staples across the parking lot allows dogs which is why I had him as I was walking to pick up a package. I just wanted in and out, I would figure out a way to incorporate a dog window or something as this area is very dog friendly. I saw a gentlemen tying his dog up while he ordered.
Apparently they have a policy if someone does not look well dressed and does not fit their social standards, they won’t serve. Do not give these people your business.

I ordered honey citrus mint tea and it tastes awful. You can’t even taste the honey and tea, they just gave me lemon water. This location has gone down through the years. Never coming back.
